Everyone is very personable and it’s like having a family. Grounds are kept immaculate and all personnel is very helpful. Just renewed my lease for another year. “I was 100% satisfied with my two years at Runaway Bay. The location is incredibly convenient: 15 mins to downtown one way and the beach the other! I always felt safe walking/running to the Ravenel Bridge, Waterfront Park, the I'On Neighborhood, and around the trails in the complex. I also enjoyed the pool during the summer.My second floor, 1BR unit had beautiful vaulted ceilings and I loved sitting on my screened-porch. The community is quiet and my neighbors were always friendly.Maintenance was always responsive and helpful. One time my AC broke after hours, and someone was there within the hour.While the finishes may be a bit more dated than in newer apartment communities, it never bothered me. 10/10 would recommend!”

“I'm terrible when it comes to plumbing and I had a huge puddle of water backed up onto my kitchen floor all of a sudden. The really bad part was it was a Sunday night. From the time I called the number to the time Johnathan in maintenance showed up to fix it could not have been more than 5 minutes! He did a great job, quick and clean! I rate service by how good someone is in a pinch and this was 5 stars for sure.”
