Definitely recommend checking out this apartment complex in Mount Pleasant! So glad we got approved and will be moving into this complex this summer, 2024. It is a beautiful layout, very welcoming, fits our wishlist for a home and close to all things in Mount Pleasant and not far from downtown Charleston, Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island, and Shem Creek.”

“I was 100% satisfied with my two years at Runaway Bay. The location is incredibly convenient: 15 mins to downtown one way and the beach the other! I always felt safe walking/running to the Ravenel Bridge, Waterfront Park, the I'On Neighborhood, and around the trails in the complex. I also enjoyed the pool during the summer.My second floor, 1BR unit had beautiful vaulted ceilings and I loved sitting on my screened-porch. The community is quiet and my neighbors were always friendly.Maintenance was always responsive and helpful. One time my AC broke after hours, and someone was there within the hour.While the finishes may be a bit more dated than in newer apartment communities, it never bothered me. 10/10 would recommend!”

“Touring the boulevard was amazing. I don’t leave reviews often but I felt inclined to here because Leon really showed this property better than any real estate agent has ever shown me a private home. I didn’t end up choosing the boulevard because my partner found a job that didn’t facilitate living in mount pleasant, but this would be my property of choice if I were able to live there.”
