This was a great little upgraded hardware store. Loved the look and appeal. There was a section in the back to buy little trinkets and gifts, and plants and a side "restaurant" of some kind. Super cute with friendly staff.

Everyone that works there is lovely. You get all kinds of tools, plants, and garden needs in there along with local artisan items. The hidden post office is an absolute gem.

Went to pick up a few regular things i needed plus hurricane supplies.as usual they were well stocked.the customer service there is beyond compare.as at there other family store RoyalAce Hatdware.not only do they great you but there is always someone knowledgeable willing to help.
I usually have a list ..they take a look at it and immediately start gathering. what i need and answer any questions i have. Not like some stores where sales associates are no where in sight and you have to wonder up and down isles and try and reach things 4 feet abouve your head.or wait in line at customer service so they can page someone to climb a ladder and get it or help you .then wait 10-15minutes for them to show up..
The service here from the time they great you to check out .to taking you purchases to your car and helping you load .is courteous , knowledgeable ,effecient , and yes the old fashioned kind ive really missed in a lot of the other stores .
Oh yes there gardening areas are well stocked esp at royal ace .and the people knowledgeable. . I love to shop here and i think you will too.

I have always found knowledgeable and friendly plant professionals here. The staff has been honest and helpful in all regards. I only see plants here that are appropriate for our growing climate. They can help you with "one-off" plants, the big box stores don't carry or aren't aware of.
