I would give this place 0 stars if it would allow.
This store has the most unfriendly, poor attitudes, no good customer service. These woman that work here are the worst behind the register. Men are friendly and food station from my experience. Will not go here again.

LIARS and THIEVES!! Edited on 1/8/24 to update the outcome. After several calls and emails I still have NOT the refund I was promised by the corporate office from day one. They refused to tell me when my supposed refund was sent or to what address it was sent to. All they say is that the case was closed. Getting a refund after being lied to and stolen from should not be this hard. Screw 7-11. I will never step foot in one of your stores ever again.
BUYER BEWARE!!! I parked at pump 5, walked in the store with my sons. Purchased 2 sodas, a large cup of coffee and paid $25.00 for gas in cash. We walked right out and straight to the car parked at pump 5. No gas came out, no noise from the pump. The last purchase shown on the pump was for $28.07. With my son at the pump I walked back into the store telling the same cashier the pump wasn’t working. They claimed the $25.00 of gas I just purchased literally 30 seconds ago was pumped! They refused to refund my money or allow me to pump the gas because according them it had already been pumped and said there was nothing they could do. How can I physically leave the store, pump $25 of gas and walk back in within 30 seconds? They gave me no other options than to call corporate and call the manager the next day. I’ve called corporate already and will follow up with the manager first thing tomorrow. Never in my life have I ever had this issue and will never be buying gas from this company again.

This place is awesome ? Always so clean and friendly staff- the service is great, they can take special requests for menu items and go above and beyond for their repeat customers!!
The breakfast is my favorite, reasonably priced $3.50 and it's quality food. They have a full coffee bar and all the syrup cinnamon and coco you need. I get a great value here when I use my app discounts and shop at the convenience store attached- I appreciate this is a nice restaurant as it helps maintain a super clean environment for all the guests and workers! Really great staff- ?
*Honestly these negative reviews are unfair. 1star because if a pump issue. Erin. My guy.. just get the camera footage and timestamps- yeah get in touch with corporate to double check and maybe management can do this. If your sure it was a mistake it can be fixed.. Do a little bit, just a small amount of self due diligence and get it figured out. Maybe the $25.00 was accidentally sent to wrong pump- it happens and CAN be fixed. You dont need to scorch the earth and ruin others when its just life man. It happens.. anyways its not fair. Not fair to management and not fair to the hundreds of people that come here daily and get great service. Bashing the people actually trying... I go here literally everyday and always have a 5 star experience ✨️ check it out and you'll see

Got over charged for a couple of items when I went back got attitude from casher that "well I didn't do it she did and it's her first day" really glad I asked for my receipt. Then when I got my refund they took my receipt and gave me attitude about how "we need it to show why we refunded the money." That's great and all you can keep one, however I do still need my receipt. I just love when I go spend my hard earned money somewhere and get treated like trash

Wouldn't even give him one star if I had that option. Went in there three quarters of the employees were on their phone and when customers ask for certain things instead of looking or saying yes we have them they just shook their head no and went back to their phone call. I would advise not to come to the 7-Eleven

I was spending $200-$300 a week here, and according to the “clerk” I was to be charged 25 cents for a cup of ice, after the GM and several other employees told me that was fine, because I bring in my own cup. Well, not only did they lose my $1000.00 plus in revenue. My best friend who also spends the same amount, said he’s not going back either. So the store lost $2000 per month in revenue over a a 25 cent cup of ice. These are real genius’s. I can’t wait to talk to the owner to see if he prefers 25 cents or $2000.00 because the clerk can’t seem to understand the difference, but their competitor does. and I’m just fine going there. Bye Bye $2000.00 over a cup of ice. Again, real smart business sense. Lowest IQ I’ve ever seen!

If it's the 7-11 at sawyer av, in mt. Pleasant it's THE WORSE 7-11 on the planet. Milk for coffee was gone, no plain half and half for coffee, no tops for coffee, 5-6 cashiers standing around loudly socializing, i believe i was overcharged for my food (sandwich were $3 and coffee was $2, my total came to $7)but cashier Just grabbed , crumpled up my receipt mid-sentence and tossed my receipt in the trash, never asking if i wantEd it... want coffee? Go elsewhere... i feel bad for the owners...

I only come to this store for the discount they provide on a reign energy drink I’ve been in to the store over 10 times for this discount over the past two months today I was asked to text a number for the discount even after I texted the number they once again refused the discount the ad is clearly posted on the door and now has the word written in pen to text I did my part I texted I waited they got the manager and for some reason today apparently the discount is different SO BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AT THIS STORE THEY OVER CHARGED ME AND REFUSED A POSTED DISCOUNT These drinks are normally $2.50 each the ad is for 3 for $5.29 pretty big chunk of change when they change you full price for 6 I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone not wanting a discount
