Came in this morning for an appointment for a passport. I’ve never done one before and had no idea what to do or where to start. The 2 ladies working today, Sue and Tina were absolutely AMAZING. They were so sweet and helpful and you could tell they enjoy doing what they do. Definitely have a new go to post office. They are wonderful!

We love our little post office, always curtious and friendly!!! Hardly a wait, very professional. Also, we live in Sedgefield and absolutely love our mail carrier as do our neighbors!!! The automated phone robot is useless if you need to speak to someone at your post office. If I could post less than one star I would. It is pointless to try to contact your office using the 800 call center. I will have to drive out of my way to go to the post office myself, as I am handicapped it is not going to be an easy excursion. Fix your 800 call center so that you can speak to a live agent.

We had passport appointments today and Ms. Betty was so kind! Ms. Betty was the only one working the counter and was EXTREMELY busy! The phones were ringing, she had multiple customers, and was processing passports for my family. Yet, she was able to get us in and out. Thank you so much Ms. Betty for your kindness, for walking us through the process, and for having patience with questions we had. Multitasking the way you did today, is called skills and we appreciate you!

You will not find a friendlier, more helpful staff than the wonderful folks who work at our Moore SC Post Office. We've been customers of this location since 2008. The staff consistently exceed expectations for outstanding customer service. Given the explosive growth our area has seen in the past few years, it would be great to see this office renovated and expanded!
