The machine charged me for a vacuum. It didn't work. Change machine broken. Wasted time unless you just need a trash can.

Paid for the $27 wash. Went through. Car still had grime on it. Pulled back through and showed staff. Was told to go through again. Not much better. Had to get home (frozen food in car). Tried to call and no one picked up. Left message. Days later I called and left another message due to them not picking up. I requested call back. Nothing again. Bad wash. Terrible operators. No service.

Self serve equipment is faulty and causes over charges to wash vehicle. Timer is too short per function and no instructions to know which setting comes from the correct hose, causing loss of time. Poor pressure reduces cleaning efficiency and delay when switching modes. Bring extra quarters as it starts at $2 for 4 minutes, but more like $5 when it doesn't accept all quarters or takes every 5th like it is setup to scam you. Will not recommend till overhauled. This used to be the place to have a membership but competition really shows them up if you are willing to drive a little farther.

A few weeks ago the automatic washing was out of service. I went this morning and it took my money but the arm did not lift for me to enter the washer. I tried calling the number provided by Google and no one answered.

What a sorry excuse for a business. The only bay that works was COVERED in red clay. Without thinking about it I began washing my car and ended up getting covered in red clay, ruined my shoes, my jeans, made my car WORSE. What a complete waste of money, businesses like this shouldn't be allowed to operate.

Just came through. Put $20 in for the $10 wash. Kept the change. Can't get anyone to answer the phone. Car is here but no attendant to be found. Fuming right now!!!

Doesn't appear to be much effort put into this place. The cars leaving the bays still dry probably should've been the first clue. My first quarter stuck in the machine, so I never made it any further than that.
