“The sweetest ladies here! Each person I came in contact with was warm & welcoming. They are very generous & kind hearted! And I was fortunate enough to have them provide my Thanksgiving dinner this year...what a huge blessing!! This world needs more people in it, like the people that are serving here!! It's a heartwarming place, to say the least! God bless y'all!!!”

“This is a great little YMCA. It has what I need to try and get myself back healthy again. If the Lord lets me make it I'm going to take every chance I can to get healthy. This YMCA has some wonderful people who work for them and are very kind and courteous everytime you come and go. Thank you YMCA for giving me a chance to get myself back healthy again.”

“Excellent customer service. 3 people waited on me all at once. Each was dillegent with get their task completed. They showed compassion and took the time to explain how everything worked. They should change the name to Spartanburg Shares & Cares!”

“I am an out of town visitor but have been to this Salvation Army location several times do to my having family in the area. I have to say that their selection in clothes is awesome, not once have I been disappointed with my purchased items. What I was disappointed with todays visit 7/25/23 was the Customer Service lady that was at the Cash register who was on her phone the whole time she was cashing out the people in line, me and my daughters being some of those customers. She did not greet or even make eye contact with us at all nor attempted to converse with us. Her telephone conversation seemed to be what was most important to her at the time, in our opinion not tending or conversing with your customers while they are in front of you is plain and simply rude and annoying. Employees should not be talking on their telephones while customers are in their presences and doing business. On the other hand, the Asian gentleman who works at this location was friendly and attentive.”

“It was almost a joy to be ill, so that I would have to make a visit to St Luke's. People are people and there are good and bad days with them. Fortunately, for me I only have great memories of this place. Janet who worked at front desk was always prompt in helping with appointments, and linking me to other persons, a pleasant person. Julie the pharmacist is efficient and would always offer a smile as she did her thing. Jamie my nurse practitioner left no stones unturned in making sure I was healed of any ailments. A great place to know in America that truly help those who are not so fortunate.”

“It's a very active YMCA. Lots of things going on. Kids programs, daycare, basketball, swimming. All kinds of stuff. They have two very large exercise areas. One with the machines and treadmills /bikes/ellipticals. One for free weights, barbells, and some machine stuff, but with free weights not all of them have a pull pin with different handles to pull or push. Some days it's really busy after work and some wknds. But it's a big place.”
