“Great experience. After getting jerked around by multiple auto dealerships ( I literally cancelled a deal in the middle of a contract due to a dealer attempting to put $7500 of different unwanted warranties ) Michael Braswell and his trustee finance guru Kristian Roof gave exactly what I wanted.
There was no BS. No rug pulls. No hidden fees. Nothing but honesty.
Finance guy was super honest about warranties and I even decided it was worth it to purchase GAP insurance.
Having bought over 15 vehicles over my lifetime, it was refreshing to not deal with stupidity.
I will likely drive back to Spartanburg from Charleston again in the future due to my pleasant experience.

“I take back everything o said nice about them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE. My truck was in a wreck on 5/12 and here it is 8/21 and I’m still having issues. They sent the truck home with me the first time and the ball joint popped out while I was backing out my driveway. I may be a female but I’m not stupid that is not supposed to happen. Got it back again and had a mechanic go to change my head light because I was told it burnt out to find out they put a after market headlight housing in it instead of stock like is on the driver side. When I contacted them to find out why it wasn’t fixed I was told “ I know the headlight is aftermarket so it will be a little different but everything still operates the same. Please have him bring it by because I would like to see what is going on.” Why did yall feel it was okay to send me home with no light bulb at all in my truck and to not match the housing with what was already in my truck. They try to take the cheap way out but not with me. I trusted them to fix my truck instead they have not and this is there last change next thing I find wrong that they said they fixed will be handled by a lawyer.
I love how they kept in touch with me every step of the way and when they found other things wrong with my truck they called me to come in and look at it. Will not be taking my trucks anywhere else.”

“This was my first time dealing with Link’s body shop. I was referred by a friend and boy he wasn’t wrong. They did a great job on the body of my car. I had a dent and a few scratches and had to get my mirror replaced. When I got my car back I was shocked because it looked brand new! I didn’t have to wait but two weeks and my car was back in my possession. I thought it would be about a month. I want to thank the hands of Link’s employees that fix my car in a timely manner. Oh yeah they even washed and cleaned it up as well and I didn’t ask them too! If you want your car fixed right after a collision or just need fixed give link’s body shop a try and you won’t be dissatisfied!”

“Ordered an ARE top for my new F250, arrived and installed with no light or headliner as ordered and rear window didn’t latch. Joe Cruisers removed and sent it back to ARE, they added the headliner but took out the sliding window and dog vents? Joe Cruisers installed the windows and vents themselves , did what they could to make it right and even discounted the top due to the numerous mistakes at ARE.”
“Not hard to find and prices were way better than I expected. Best part was they didn't have the exact part I needed on the shelf so they researched it until they found a match so I could walk out with what I needed. Not just a custon driveshaft shop either. They have almost everything!”

As it only had 7400 miles on it. Everything with my accident was a nightmare and this place made me feel as if I was thier only customer. “It's unfortunate that someone broke into my Hyundai sonata. Broke the handle and the ignition trying to steal it. Insurance gave me money to fix it but not enough. I called westside collision because I dealt with them when I had car problems before. All it took was one phone call and dropping my car off. They were even done before the day they told me it would be done. I didn't have much money to pay the deductible but Andy made it work for me. Any car problems they I have, I am going here! And I would recommend this place to anyone that has a car problem. People are scared to go big mechanic shops because they think it's gonna be expensive. They price everything fair. And they worked with me they last 2x I had problem. The staff is great too. They even washed the car for me before I arrive. It's better to deal with people that you trust. It might sound like a commercial, but it's not . I'ma real person just given my real feedback about a really great company. Thanks again Westside Collision.”

“Had the best experience here this store is in a prime location and it always seems to be stocked with product. I went in to get a light bulb for my car and I was under the impression that i would be spending around 30 for a low beam headlight bc the website stated the price was around 30 but when I got in the store it was actually cheaper. The service was stellar both coworkers took time from what they were doing to help me out and I appreciate that. Super friendly people and it just makes everything better when people are nice, happy, and actually enjoy their job. I would shop here again even if the price for the same product next door was several dollars cheaper just based on the service.”
