I have a checking account with this bank and I'm thinking about closing it. For one It's Frida evening and I stopped by the MONCKS CORNER wells Fargo to cash my payroll check. The lady in the drive thru madame sit there for over 15 minutes. I GET MY CHECK CASHED HERE EVERY WEEK!!! ITS DRAWN OUT TO WELLS FARGO AND I HAVE AN ACCOUNT! Why the lady thought it'd be a good idea to leave someone in the drive thru while other cars just drive away is beyond me!! I will be closing my account and finding better service. I've had an account here for 6 years! 1-12-24 @ 4:09 I hope the lady is happy she's making yall lose customers!

Ashley Williams is great banker at the Moncks Corner Wells Fargo. She is informed and friendly. I strongly recommend her for any banking needs you may have. She is a true asset to this location.

Always slow even if the line isn’t long. Sat at the line for 15 minutes and I was the only one in it. There’s a long wait every time I go there regardless of the time or length of line

I was a well Fargo customer and closed my account in this branch because the clerks there kept giving me hard time for my regular banking. I don't want to put my money there with no interest and have them insulting me every I was there. Go to hell Wells Fargo!

Very rude went to through the drive through had four people go and leave while I was the first one there then I asked how much longer it was going to be cause my manager was wondering and she legit got an attitude addressing me telling in a very narcissistic tone that I was only suppose to have three bags and I had five. How am I supoise to know that this if my first time there's no need for such rude customer service. I got here at 9:08 and im still here 30 minutes later. Absolutely ridiculous. This customer service has me thinking about switching my personal account to somewhere else.
