Terrible pharmacy service. I have been back an fourth with then and the doctors and they can't seem to get my sons inhaler. They keep telling me they can get the off brand which is fine but 3 months later still no inhaler. They even had me transfer my son meds to get it filled else just to run into the same problem. They offer absolutely no help.

Todays visit was ok. There was a line of people to checkout. They didnt bother opening another register.

I've had good experience with the retail part of the Walgreens. I've always gotten good customer service there. In the pharmacy section they are so rude. When I have called to speak to people on the phone they don't know what they are doing and they are incredibly rude. When I have gone in person they have been very rude to myself and others. Everyone in the pharmacy, excluding the pharmacist, doesn't actually know what they are doing. I'll usually call to have prescriptions refilled so I can quickly pick them up. There has been multiple occasions where I called to have it filled and still had to wait 30min-1hr. The wait time is outrageous there. I've had such a poor experience with this pharmacy I am considering switching to a new one even though it's farther away.

Alright, I hate to leave bad reviews but this pharmacy wanted to charge me $1100 for prescription that is on my plan. When I called my online pharmacy they gave me instructions on how Walgreens should forward the prescriptions to them. They refuse. So now I have to go back to my doctor and have them send in new prescriptions. My advice is to switch over to CVS or Delta if you are in Moncks Corner.

I understand that it isn't the Walgreens fault my medication is out of stock but what I don't like is the fact that they labeled it out of stock, 6 days ago, then just now on Saturday cancelled the order due to being on back order. My doctor office doesn't open until Monday so now I have to wait a grand total of 8 days for my medication which could have been avoided if someone had called and sent a message saying they will not likely have it in stock by Friday. If that was done I could have had time to call my doctor and get my script sent elsewhere. Now I cannot due to their negligence

Every time I have to use this pharmacy it’s a negative experience. Everything is just a hassle. I only use this one when everywhere else is closed and I regret it every single time.

Sometimes people are just not nice and it's sad, you'll go in this store thinking it's a clean store with great customer service. But things can be deceiving and sad part is. It is what these employees signed up for to work with the public, to work with people. It's the manager Maryann she's very rude and her side kick Jordan that makes it very uncomfortable ask them a question and they'll look at you like you got got p*** on your face. It's not even that serious.

Actually the only thing bad about the Walgreens in Moncks Corner South Carolina is that getting your prescription filled can sometimes be a headache. I'm also thinking about changing to another Pharmacy

Went to the register and ask for help for the perfume counter the lady said I will call someone I waited no one showed up finally after she checked everyone out then she said can I help you if she would have said that to start with I would have understood the situation but she called nobody showed up someone not doing their job and I wasn’t waiting no free perfume i had to pay what happened to customer service if the employees have and issue with management don’t punish me if you don’t have any customers the store will close its just that simple

The pharmacist could not tell me over the phone whether or not they had my rx in stock. I use this pharmacy often and have called several times in the past for the same information with success. I call because it is frequently out of stock. I asked if I may speak to someone else, but the girl became extremely rude and dismissive and refused to allow me to speak to anyone else.

I have Bern going to Walgreens close to where I live for about now 14 years .The staff has always been great & friendly .The last 3 times I have been ,they have a new cashier & when I go shopping I am never in a hurry ,but this cashier basically is trying to hand me my bags ,even before I have paid .I am trying to get out my bank card & try to get the bags with one hand & one thing I don't like is to be rushed .She never smiles until right before one is finally got there bags ,paid for everything & I am trying to put the bags in the cart & only then will she say have a good day .Hello my day was going great till I was rushed to pay & grab my bags. Not one time has she ask me if I would like to use my Walgreens reward points & I thought maybe the first time she was just having a bad day ,we all do ,but then the 2nd time & now this last time it was the same ,Being rushed & I finally said is it OK if I take my time ,& not feel rushed .I understand there are others in line & some are in a hurry .I mean the lady behind me only had like 3 items & I let her go ahead of me & then there was no one else behind me at that moment, then I get a lady behind me & between the cashier rushing me & the lady behind me stating I am in a hurry am I going to be much longer ? Really. All I know is that everyone else that works at Walgreens even in the pharmacy, or photo dept.are always smiling & never ever rush me .I am going to say this, if your in a hurry & it's right before the holidays are right after the first of the year ,please be prepare to not be in a hurry or rush a customer. I will continue to shop at this Walgreens for the have everything clearly mark especially if your using your OTC card & as far as I know Walgreens is the only place that has OTC items marked so it makes it very easy to shop & not stand there asking over & over is this OTC covered ? So for this thank you Walgreens for making shopping with our OTC card much easier. Also please inform the cashiers to not rush the customer & ask if we would like to use our reward points .Oh yes please give us time to use our coupons & & when there is a copy on the item that clearly says $2 off right then please take the coupons. If I wasn't rushed or being rush I could have saved myself like $8 that day .
