Last week my new iPhone 15 Plus (only had it a week and a half) froze and would not respond to touch or reset. I was out of town on business and not having a phone was causing major problems. Cameron at this Verizon store helped me a prioritized getting me a new phone immediately and restoring my data. I have never received such great service for a cell phone and I’ve had one since 1996 with about 4 different carriers. Thank you again Cameron. Your kindness is not forgotten and your service should be rewarded.

The staff was awesome. Brianna and Taylor both became involved with helping us unscrew what Verizon customer service screwed up with a stolen phone and watch.They were magnificent.Wish more places’ staff could be like this

Worst customer service ever!!! My husband and I went into the store due to a port out request and when we told them he was moving carriers they instantly went from nice to rude and stopped engaging with us and told him to call the 1800 number

I can't rate them I didn't call them,unless someone uses my cell without asking me !Had no reason to call Verizon. But as for Verizon they are always great & I love being a customer. Will never switch from carriers

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Version is a scam! DO NOT BUY WITH THIS CARRIER! AT&T gets better service anyway in these areas! They will scam you for your money, charge you for service even after disconnecting. Then tell you because you didn’t take there number to new carrier that there is no automatic disconnect with them, you have no choice but to finish your full billing cycle and pay another FULL month with them. I told there customer service when I disconnected, I needed this disconnected and I HAD TO CHANGE my number, do to personal emergency reasons! Plus there was no service at my new address with Verizon! Never fails. Then called regarding this and spoke to 2 different people who told me I would be getting a refund of the full amount I was charged. After almost 2 weeks of not getting refund like I was told, I called back to be told because I didn’t die, get Ill, or transfer my number to new carrier I had no choice but to do the rest of billing cycle even though this phone has been turned off and not used the whole month except to transfer accounts to new phone which I could have used an email address if it would have been disconnected. Again, I had been with Verizon for years every time I turned around it was something with them, went through fraud too! Took months to get that taken care of and several customer service people to do it because nobody knew how to help me! Then this… y’all should be ashamed of yourselves.
