Out-of-state purchase
Nice truck, Bad time process. Signed a contract mid month and didn’t receive it intill the end of the first week on the following month.. Over 3 1/2 weeks of holding onto the truck.. so from my understanding Even with a signed contract, they will not release the vehicle until the financial institution has fully funded their account completely can take anywhere from 2-3-4 weeks or even longer, This means that the truck is sitting in their lot and you are obligated to making a payment, even though your truck is not in your possession.. Payments are due, no matter what, From the date, the contract was signed.. True auto just wants to hold onto it just to confirm it got funded ..there is No verification process for the customer in along distance transaction like this.. You would think long distance transaction would be priority Or have some kind of verification process to release The truck faster To benefit the customer.. after speaking with the manager at True auto he says there’s nothing that they can do to help, basically just got screwed and no one will help trying to make this appoint.. I believe this was a shady process.. Question to myself What Customer would want to pay a months auto loan or more for a vehicle that he doesn’t even have in his possession? No Customer and their right mind would be OK with this..

Stopped in after hitting a deer with my old truck and these guys went out of their way to get me into a "new to me" truck. The process had its hiccups but everyone did all they could do to make it a great experience, I would certainly recommend letting Paul help you with your vehicle needs. Next time i need a vehicle, ill be back for sure.
