Called this place 2 time and was told each time someone would call back and let me know when they could come out to give me a quote but that never happend , I try to keep my money local but after 2 times guess its time I move on to someone who wants my money

Extremely unprofessional. Did not show up for multiple appointments and argued with me that they didn't make or know about the appointments. Horrible way to run a business.

A nightmare of a workroom. Annette is abhorrent and extremely unprofessional. Not only does she treat her staff horribly she is late with deadlines. My last project I was told 8-10 weeks and it took 4.5 months. (That’s 20 weeks.) She would also hang up on me if I called to check the status of the window treatments. (Happened at least 4 times.) She was over an hour late when she finally did install the window treatments. I would reccomend taking your business elsewhere.

For a donation spot, they seem to always be closed when I need to donate or want to peruse. Goodwill seems to be the community favorite in this area. Yet, I do appreciate that Salvation army is willing to come by your house to pick up large items.
