I have been a customer of this particular store for just over thirty years now. The last several years the experience has been overwhelmingly underwhelming. Where to begin? There's a couple of long term employees that wouldn't know how to smile if their life depended on it, unless you are a friend or family member. I find myself, as the customer, trying to cheer them up! The store is supposed to be 24 hours, 7 days a week, unless the employees want to go out for an errand, lunch, nap or who knows what! Also, there is no rhyme or reason to when they are closed. Sometimes you can stop in at 1 am and it's open, sometimes they're cleaning, sometimes it's cigarette time (and they WILL sit in their car - that's parked directly in front of the store rather than out of the way of paying customers - and watch you while they finish their cigarette, phone call, etc.). I tried to outlast these employees, figuring sooner, rather than later, they would have to be fired. I know there are cameras in that store if any of the corporate executives ever bothered or cared enough to watch them. But it appears that was was just a dream. After my last disappointment I decided that saving myself from driving that extra half mile to the Sunoco wasn't worth it. I am no longer a "Valued" customer of the Scotchman in Moncks Corner, SC. And yes, I'm a little miffed about the poor attitudes and customer treatment that I have experienced!

This is one of the dirtiest stores I have ever been in. They really need to remodel or clean or something . The tile and who outlook of the store is just nasty. Their gas is horrible and doesn't last as long as most places. All the pumps run slow. They get robbed twice already In four years and it's literally a rock throw away from the police station.i wish they would honestly close down and just put another food place there. I recommend this place do some serious remodeling! Some new tile and paint would go along way! Most of the people they hire are rude as hell and never last! There is only one lady who works here who is very nice! Well long story short... I definitely do not recommend this place unless it's absolutely necessary that you stop here

Manager extremely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful and highly inappropriate towards customers , gives free food to people she knows.
