I’ve only had my car for a few months, and have had to fix so many things since purchasing. I was told that it was in good condition and has no known issues which I’d expect for 8k, however I’ve had to buy new tie rods, spark plugs (which is expected), valve cover gasket, struts, sway bar, tires and oil change (also expected), and the transmission needed to be flushed even tho I was told all fluids and everything had been topped off the transmission fluid was nearly empty and dirty. The customer service was great so I trusted that they’d sell me a decent car but unfortunately months later and I’m still having to buy and replace parts.

customer service was good but they don’t know much about cars i bought a car from them with the tire pressure light on asked if they could check the tires they told me they did and they are fine i drove down the road to find out all 4 tires had 15psi air pressure of the recommended 44psi also the car i bought has a messed up transmission so now im out 5k don’t recommend you go here

I purchased my truck from royal and first ana was super helpful and knew the in and out about the car business and the truck is very reliable I purchased the truck Thursday and Friday went to Myrtle Beach with no issues

I am in love with my SUV that my husband and I purchased from Royal. Andy and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and most importantly friendly. I have anxiety making huge purchases and always second guess myself, they were able to make this process as simple and pleasant as possible for me. they’re having employees write fake reviews. the moment we walked in we were greeted with a rude attitude and being looked at up and down. (we have visible tattoos and lots of facial piercings) i asked when the boss would return because she (the employee working) stated he was out with the dealer tag and i was wanting to test drive a car and because i also had cash. my brother was on his phone (and doesn’t have knowledge of cars) and they accused him of snickering at something they said. they saw an opportunity to be snarky towards us and ran with it. clearly having your employee write a fake review as a “customer witness” shows the level of unprofessionalism of their employees. the cars weren’t even clean on the interior. had a bunch of gunk in the cup holders still. cars are overpriced for their poor conditions. there was a reason there were zero reviews on this place until we left a bad one.

Extremely unprofessional, they clearly judge people based on tattoos and Piercings. The cars were in poor condition and the insides were literally greasy and smelled like it was a chain smokers personal car for 50 years. Just awful quality all around.

I would like to say that Ms Laura was very professional. I was sitting in there waiting for her to help with financial on getting a car since I had no credit. She said excuse me while I help them out I said no problem. When they walked in they insistently asked when will the owner be here and Ms Laura said he won't that is why I am here. They asked a few times almost felt like that it was because she was a women and not a man. The girl complained about engine light and she told them how her boss owns a shop and makes sure the cars are good With no problems. Ms Laura said to them it could be a gas cap making check engine light on. The boy then said gas cap that wouldn't cause that. Ms Laura Google it for them to show and the girl was like I never heard of that. Which ever knows about evap leak can cause an engine light. I was also in there while she sold a car to a boy and his dad with no problems and a great deal for the boy on his first car. Ms Laura was very professional and I would buy car from them.

The car selection here is terrible, cars are completely overpriced. The blonde lady there treated us terribly from the moment we walked in. She had a snarky attitude and was very passive aggressive. We were told, “I don’t know much about cars.. but I know enough to sell them.”TERRIBLE SERVICE I do NOT recommend wasting your time here

both women working were super rude and judgy for absolutely no reason?? snapped at me because they heard my brother giggle at something? yeah it’s a no for me. cars were in poor condition.
