I really appreciate the patience you always show my grey and how you manage to never lose it and always keep your composure even after taking a hit from my Greys powerful beak! I always buy my food from here and I also board my Grey here when taking a vacation. It gives me a wonderful peace of mind to know that my CAG will be treated like she is on a vacation also because of all the wonderful people there to take care of her! Everyone needs to support Backyard Treasures because without this type of store, all of us Bird people would be in a world of hurt! So please don’t take them for granted! Before BYT came onto the scene I was having to take a Jardines parrot I had to a regular vet to get her wings clipped. And all it took was one visit and a bad wing clip (wings cut way to short) and I ended up with that sweet little Jardine parrot turning into a parrot that plucked out ever feather from the neck down! Then she started self mutilating herself and the vet ended up putting her on antipsychotics! Poor bird was never the same. It broke my heart. It was like having a handicap child. She ended up dying not long after that from Septicemia. God Bless you, my sweet little Jardie. You’re forever in my heart! And God Bless you Amy for all you do for us and our fids!!”
