Two of my boys are on anxiety meds. They were both seen within a decent amount of time. However, when it came to sending their prescriptions to the pharmacy they were never told it would be at least 2 weeks before they’d be able to send it.

Can't have an experience if they don't answer the phone to make an appointment. This is the 3rd time I've attempted it and I will not anymore. Time for a new doctor.

I see Christina Reynolds, PA and my son sees Dr. Jones. They are both great, My son has a problem walking on his toes. Dr. Jones sent him to a. Specialist and they said it was no biggie he’ll grow out of it. He’s now almost 10, started having terrible pain in his legs, finally went to another doctor now he wears braces. and had PT. I went to multiple orthopedic doctors but I really needed a foot doctor.

Dr. Frank is quite literally the best doctor I've ever had. She is attentive, remembers my details even after months in between visits. She always hears me out and is honest, and always makes me feel comfortable in every way. Will never go anywhere else as long as she's there!!!!

I was in accident that cause an blow to the head and just was looking for an PC in my area dealing with a concussion i try to make an appointment here and couldn't hear with the young lady said so i ask can you repeat yourself she hung up on me, when i called back telling her i just wanna set up an appointment she hung up again

I love my doctor and everyone tends to be very courteous but the desk attendant on the left never wears her mask properly. You'd think someone who works in a medical facility would know how to wear their mask properly.

I recently moved from Mt. Pleasant and made an appointment in order to set up a Primary Care Provider in the area and get some prescriptions filled...My experience was completely different from the negative reviews I had read on here...The folks at the front desk were extremely courteous and helpful...I showed up 15 minutes early in order to complete paperwork and was called to the back before I even had time to complete it...I prefer seeing a nurse practitioner and Kori Frank, FNP, was great - I didn't feel the least bit rushed and she was very knowledgeable...Being new to the area I also asked the nurse for advice on a local pharmacy and the pharmacy she recommended was awesome (Berkeley Home Pharmacy) - they are right down the street and my prescriptions were ready when I got there...I am not a huge fan of going to the doctor, but for a doctors visit it went very well...

I just want anyone reading this that I’m sad if you had a bad experience at the Moncks Corner Palmetto Primary Care.I personally have been a patient of Dr. Meredith Floyd for 20 years. She has never been anything less than fantastic. She also has a nurse named Kasey that is just as amazing. I could not imagine having a different doctor.Maybe everyone isn’t having a great day but all patients deserve good interactions from the staff. We should also remember that it goes both ways.I love my family doctor!!!!
