Me and my girlfriend went into the poncho just a minute ago to try upon three things and this young skinny girl working in the back. Starts to have a little attitude with us telling us that they don’t buy board games but yeah they have games everywhere in there they don’t buy Electric blankets or electric pads even though I see them have it before, especially during the winter time she tells me they don’t take personal items. I asked her that was the point of this punch of everything in this pawnshop is personal item. She gets an attitude with me, starts raising her voice with me, if this is how Money Man pawn shop treats, their customers and hires spoiled little brat and their shop then the stores going to end up going downhill, real fast genes pawn shop, more respectful, then y’all

Very rude employees.open till 6:30 I was walking in at 6 n was told if I wasn't making a payment they are closed n she locked the door.need to change hours on website too because they're not open on sundays either.Genes pawn is 100% better n give you more $ for your items

Rude people!!! Wow I was flabbergasted! I stopped in just to look. Saw a few things OMG a fish net you can buy new for $10 they want $15. I looked at a saddle. Sticking was coming out they wanted $130. I offered a very fair price of $100 considering the stitching and was going to have to be cleaned. Well I left. Went down the street about a mile to Gene's pawn...OMG bright, inviting store very, very nice people. Do yourself a favor go to Gene's

The manager here is very disrespectful. Broke my husband charger and gonna say go buy another and bring the recipet you broke it and we suppose to replace it clownary she constantly rude to people I will never do business with this company because of her. This store I will never do business with ever again. The manager think she's God. She talk to people very disrespectful and broke my husband laptop wire with all the plastic wrap they put on it. She said go on amazon or walmart and purchase another and than we will replace it. A big joke. She have no respect yelling at us she have me messed up the rest of the stuff they have for me I prefer to replace it from the store bc they will never get another dime out of me go to genes they are more respectful

I purchased a lawnmower from this place. I got home to mow my lawn the lawn mower wouldn't crank. I immediately called the Money Man to inform them of this. I was told there is nothing we can do about a lawnmower that's gas operated. There was zero empathy showed from the manager or store rep it was crystal clear all they cared about was a sale. I later ask someone to check it out for me who discovered oil was mixed with gas. I'm not happy with this outcome I was sold a lemon 🋠lawn mower and I don't think it was business like at all for a company to treat valued customers this way. I purchased the product from this business hoping to create revenue for them but in the end I did not enjoy my product. I will be contacting the better business bureau because such business tactic should not be allowed. If anyone need products go elsewhere this is not the type of business that cares about there customers.
