RUN AWAY !! If I could give this place no stars I would! My dad came here 2 weeks ago cause he felt something pop In his left leg and a numbness and couldn't put pressure on it. Doctor SWARTZBURGER told him it was tendinitis no need for an xray as that won't show anything. Gave him some meds and sent him on his way. Fast forward 2 days later hes still in pain tried to get up and falls due to his right leg now numb, goes to another hospital and gets an xray his femur is broken along with a cracked rib and multiple lesions on other bones. Now today he has no feeling, can't move his lower body got an MRI and found a tumor on his spine. Come to find out he has multiple mylesha . Maybe if he got a thorough exam the first time he could have got treated for this sooner!

The Patient advocate was VERY helpful in getting to the bottom of my “missing “ test results! The doctors office actually received them the same day the test was done. The doctors office just received a one star review! Thank you Tim!

On October 25th 2023, I visited the Trident Moncks Corner mammogram center! I had an appointment for 10:20 a.m. but which I thought was for 10:40 am, I arrived at 1037 which I was only 17 minutes late and they wouldn't even see me then when I asked the nurse can I get her to write me something just to show my boss that I was here for my appointment but needed to reschedule she replied with the nastiest attitude of no! Trident Medical Center in Moncks Corner is very very racist and I will never come back here again, I'm so sick and tired of people treating treating people differently because of the color of their skin get it together already!

My mother went here to get help from stomach pain, she couldn’t get the care she was in dying need of. She hasn’t eaten in days. The physician was rude to her, non caring . They did a CT scan and gave her morphine. Couldn’t find anything wrong with her. They discharged her with paperwork & Sent her on her way as she still was in and is in excruciating pain.That was this morning, it’s now 8:00 pm, going over her paperwork, her glucose levels were high, her blood pressure and details about a hernia. Her physician that was caring for did not DID NOT go over these results with her. I’m livid and have witnesses. Read my name and know, this will be the last time you ever treat anyone less than. He had No care, compassion or decency as a healthcare provider.Respectfully, You will be hearing from us and our team again. I hope and wish no one ever goes through what my mother did.

I am truly grateful for the care I received. The staff were great. My nurse was so awesome, helpful and sweet. The Dr was great and kind. I was in better condition when I was discharged than when I got there. Thank yall so much. Suzanne Gilstrap

I was surprised no one in the clinic that means that Doctors and nurses do the best to check in and out fast to prevent a back up facility having patient complaining of the waiting time. Staffs were excellent starting with the receptionist, nurse, Dr, x-ray thec and without leaving the admin. All were really kind, cordial, friendly and treat you with respect así should be. I give them 10+ ?

The young lady that performed the exam was very pleasant and thorough.Results was known soon within hours in the same day. I was pleased and made aware that all was well.

Fast service no wait. I was made to feel like I was important and my injury was priority to be seen by the doctor. It was a relief to have a nurrse who cared because I was by myself.

I went in for a mammogram. I wasn’t greeted at the front desk as warmly as I have been in past years, but she wasn’t rude either. The technician doing the mammogram was extremely friendly , reassuring , and efficient . I was in and out in minutes. Positive experience.

Very nice staff. Danielle in registration was fast and friendly. Amber, my Mammogram tech, was very patient. She walked me through everything and told me what to expect. Very good experience

The entire staff at Moncks Corner Medical Center Emergency Department working 2/1 were amazing ! Professional, prompt, made sure I was kept up to date on my imaging and condition results. Would visit again for emergencies especially now that I know that I am not required to be transferred to the main hospital (Trident) if I need further care. I can go to another facility.
