If I could give no stars... I would! My friend bought a used Ford 150 and the car was driven from the lot to the office by mechanic Jerome. My friend did not test drive the vehicle after Jerome took it for gas and believed him when he said everything worked just fine. Sadly, she now knows it was a huge mistake not to test drive it but the fact remains they sold her a vehicle that could only be started with a screwdriver and had NO WORKING BRAKES! Seriously? After numerous phone calls and visits to car lot without acceptable results, I was asked to call and intervene. I phoned the owner, Bobby Strickland, who was rude, patronizing, and kept shouting at me. He blatantly told me over speaker phone that I was welcome to take him to court because he's been before a judge on numerous occasions! What?!?

Bought a car from this place. Back right tire was bald. We asked if we bought the car would they replace the tire. We were told they would replace tire. Three weeks later go to see about tire and they still have not replaced it. After $2300 down and three weeks later still no tire. Call the owner Bobby Strickland and the response we get from him was he was not replacing the tire and hangs up the phone on me while I'm still trying to talk to him. Very rude. I promise you I will never buy another car from him and I recommend this car lot to no one. Mr. Strickland is very rude and not a very good business man.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! THE OFFICE STAFF IS VERY LAZY AND RUDE!!! HAVE BEEN WAITING A MONTH FOR A STATEMENT SAYING I RETURNED THE CAR I PURCHASED. WITHIN 2 HOURS BC OF THE HORRIBLE TIRES AND WHEN HILL TIRE TOLD THEM ABOUT THE ISSUE THEY STATED DONT WORRY BOUT IT!! THE CAR NEEDED AN ALIGNMENT BADLY THE TIRES WERE BOUT TO SHRED TO PIECES U COULD SEE THE TIRE SHREEDING BEFORE YOUR EYES AND EVEN AFTER THE MANAGER AT HILL TIRE TOLD THEM THIS IS STILL A PROBLEM.. THEY DIDNT CARECARE AND FIXED NOTHING!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The absolute worst customer service I ever experienced went to go pick up my new car from Hill Tire the tires were completely bald and wearing off and Main Street Automotive told him don't worry about it only the fix the other problem.. the mechanic at Hill tire was so worried about them tires coming off that car that after the Main Street Automotive representative left the hill Tire manager came out to show me my tires on my new car that I just purchased!! VERY LAZY STAFF!!

All they did was lie to me since the first day I walked into this place. They advertise buy here pay here but they reported it to my credit. The car was junk and the mechanic is lazy and try not to fix what's wrong with the car. He changed the sensors to make the lights go off on the dashboard. The sales rep told me I couldn't get my money back without talking to the owner and he is only at the shop 30 minutes a day in the morning, which is a big inconvenience.
