The guys at JK Automotive are the only guys I'll take my VWs (I own 3 now) to in the future! They helped with my mechanical issue faster than I was promised, and the invoice was cheaper than I was originally quoted! Fast service, friendly atmosphere, and knowledgeable staff. What more can I ask for?

Great group of guys here, gabby was super helpful with tire selection and keeping pricing and services crystal clear. They put tires on my very expensive 2pc wheels without issue and knocked out a brake flush without issues. Highly recommend these folks for your euro needs.

I discovered JK Automotive when I was looking for a VW specialist when I was purchasing my son’s 2012 VW GTI.I had them look over his car and recommend any fixes that needed to be made to make the car reliable and safe for a 16 year old.Their prices seem fair. Customer Service has been great. They are knowledgeable and approachable as I ask questions around the car.We will continue to take a family fleet of VWs to them.PFA

I've been going to JK automotive since last year for my VW and I LOVE these guys! The prices aren't outrageous and their service times are fast. Plan to use them for all future repair needs and I've been singing their praises to anyone who'll listen. Wish I could give more stars ? ?????????

If I could give this place is zero stars I would. Their communication is horrible to start with. They tell you they're going to call you when the part comes in and they don't. No updates unless I call and hound them. Car was sent there to have a turbo assembly put in and they changed the price on me three different times. Said they were going to stop diagnosing the car until they got the turbo assembly in to see if my error codes would go away after that. Yet they continued to diagnose it and keep raising the price rather than wait. And of course when they put the turbo in most of the codes went away. So they wasted a couple hundred bucks of my money on unnecessary diagnosis.I was told that the airbag light on my dash was the only light on it still needed to be diagnosed. It wasn't even the correct light. It was a power steering control light, not a ABS light. They didn't know the difference. When I brought the car into them the seat belt was working but when I got it back it was not. Another mechanic I hired to do the rest of the work because I didn't trust them to do it or even get it done in a timely fashion was looking under the hood just days after I got it back from this place. Noticed right off the bat some issues that this place didn't find that were right there in front of their face. Another issue I didn't have until I got it back from them is the trunk popping open on me when the car would start up. It wasn't doing that when I took it to them. I feel like these guys know how to do good work but they do other things to your vehicle to try to get you to spend more money to fix things that shouldn't have been needing fixing in the first place as well as overcharge you. I'm not trying to accuse them of anything per se but I mean when your vehicle is taken somewhere and certain things weren't wrong until you get it back from them. Well if it quacks like a duck, it must be a duck. They had my car for 3 weeks and every time I would call they kept trying to give me the runaround that the part hadn't come in yet. Yet this part almost anywhere you buy. It can be shipped and delivered within a week. I'm just not convinced that these guys were waiting on the part but was looking to make it seem as if they were doing more diagnosis on it so they could continue to charge me for something they probably weren't even really doing .

Installed aftermarket parts + lowering springs for me quickly and fairly priced for a 2021 S4 and were flexible with me for scheduling as it's a bit of a commute for me driving out to Summerville. Would recommend to anyone needing work done on VW/Audi vehicles

Took my sons VW here because the battery kept draining and according to reviews, this place was highly recommended, especially for VW. Had battery and alternator replaced, but this did not resolve the issue. When i dropped the car off i was told that it would take a few days to look into the issue. After a few days, I call back for an update, they said they were still looking into it. I call in every few days for an update because they were not proactively calling me to provide me with an update. Each time I call it seems that I was a bother to them. This issue went from being looked at for a few days to them having my car for a month. At one point I call to get an update and they tell me their electrical guy will be onsite at the beginning of the week to look at it. So this tells me that even though this is what they specialize in, they dont have a permanent person onsite. This also tells me that each time I call for an update and they tell me they were looking at the car, they were not. After this, I decide to get the car and take it elsewhere because obviously, they cant fix it. Even though they could not fix, they still charge $300 + for their work (I can understand). Had the car towed to another electrical place where they located the issue and resolved. However, I did not notice that the trunk would not close or lock. There was a rubber strap connected in the trunk to keep it closed. This was not the case when we took the car there. The trunk was closing and locking. So we believe that during the checking and all JK messed up the trunk and put in the strap to cover up that the trunk could not close anymore. Of course, this was not mentioned when i went to pay for the work and had it towed away. Bottom line on top, would not go back to this place and would not recommend.
