Took my Kubota tractor in after the transmission started slipping immediately after a fluid change. I spoke with Mr Jackson and he indicated that the clutch was the problem. I stated I felt that should not be the problem unless the tractor had a wet clutch. Mr Jackson replied that it was a dry clutch but he was confident. I even called a couple of days latter a left a msg through his wife that it must be on the wet side of the tractor. Regardless the dry side of the tractor was split and the throw our bearing was replaced. I received a call that the tractor was ready. On pickup I did a quick test and found the same problem existed. Several days later I returned paid 2300 dollars and picked up the tractor and shortly after experienced the same problem. I called Mr Jackson to express my concern and he replied that the throw out bearing was bad and I could come by to have a look at the part. He offered no other help. I now have a tractor with the same problem they were supposed to fix and a 2300 plus bill for my filing cabinet. I feel I spent 2300 plus dollars giving Jacksons' mechanics on the job training on the Kubota. The right thing would be to have informed me that they have little understanding of the Kubota glide shift transmission and suggested I search else where for help.
