took my laptop there for new fan that was making a lot of noise. they fixed that but during the repair a wire to control the touch pad was damaged so they gave me a mouse to use. I asked to have the repair to the wire on the mother board done and offered to pay for that and a hard drive upgrade. I was told they would get back to me with a price. 3 inquiries later I still do not have a price and am using a mouse which I do not like. I did not ask them to absorb any cost because the laptop is old but they still will not get back to me with a cost to do the repair and upgrade. I guess they are too busy

Called this lady on a Thursday afternoon at 5:30pm she asked me if I could bring the computer in the morning, I said yes. I went there at 10am on Friday morning. She answered the door bell with can I help you. I explained that she told me to come there in the morning. She told me that they were closed and to come back in the morning. Of course I will never call her again.

This is the only place I find it fair. I came in today for free diagnosis. I am talking about an entire gamer system which I know anyone charges lots of money to find out what is wrong with it. This people are as legitimate and as they claim on the business sign and their business card. They do not charge for diagnosis. They only charge if they do repairs. I follow my friends advice and I am glad I did.

I am glad I found this business on google search. Google can surely recommend the best business' around. Friendly Computer service were not just friendly, but they are also fast and very efficient. I am surely to tell all my family and friends. I brought in two computers and had them ready the next day.

I am so glad I brought my systems here, I brought 3 systems and they all had virus protection installed, completely system clean from malware and spyware, and it was ready the next day. All that for $50 per system. The most amazing is that they saved all of our files for only $20 more. I just don't know how to thank them, my files were so important to save. I brought my own external hard drive and they did the work. I am referring all my friends.

This place told me my computer could not be fixed and then when I went to pick it up tried to tell me it wasn't my computer and keep it. After much discussion and authority involvement she finally gave it back to only have taken the ram out of it. Very shady.

My family and I have used all local computer stores, this is the only one that truly tells you what is going on with your system. They always offer friendly welcome service, honest and down to earth. Most companies now are automated and robotic like. This company level with you and offer free diagnosis and only charge when services are provided. In other words they only charge once the service is successfully completed and a 30 day warranty. People who have given negative feedback are probably competition or lack communication skills.

Fast service, My laptop was ready next day. Free diagnosis and thorough explanation on the analysis. Free virus protection. I can believe I missed this place before. According to the people they have been open a very long time.
