I reached out to this company on a whim trying to find a car of mine. They did not have it however the person I spoke to (which from my understanding is the owner/operator) having no obligation whatsoever to me or my mission , but still he went over and above to assist me. To a point I have never experienced nor heard of as it pertains to any past dealings with tow companies etc. No matter the case I have never purposely benefitted from any personal experience while dealing with any like companies thruout my life and the 4 different states . This guy was absolutely spot on in his professionalism, is knowledgeable and this is the most important in my opinion is and was willing to kindly share that knowledge to the extent far beyond his obligation of which as I Said was none. NOT only will I be making storing his number so that in any future dealing with in his line of work Firehouse will be the only towing and recovery company I will use. Also the only one I will ever recommend being used to and in any event within his operating limits and even outside of his operation boundaries will I recommend this company. I truly appreciate, respect and support business owners with his qualities and abilities. I would go as far as promoting his business willingly thru such ways as referencing his service, wearing any sort of logo or brand his Company made available including but not limited. To clothing, hats , and even advertising without charge a on a larger scale such as decal on any vehicle I owned passing out brand and marketing related products within my power to attempt and return my gratitude in any ways that any other business owner would have to pay for as a service. I trust this company and highly recommend to use them over any other towing outfit around... THANKS FOR YOUR TIME AND EFFORTS. I am here if i can ever be of any use or benefit to your company and personal venture If ever I could be ... thanks.. Firehouse Towing and Recovery , I didn't know that any other towing company existed.. LOL. Thanks

I'm in the military and got my car towed while I was on leave. Come back to pick it up and it's 915 dollars to get it back. Absolutely ridiculous to charge someone per day of impounding when they're back home seeing the family you don't ever get to see anymore. Fucking ridiculous

TERRIBLE.....They towed my truck from my apartment where I been living for 6 years and claimed no parking sticker then said it was hard to read. Then charged me to get it back....they made the mistake and still charged me.
