“I have seen a recent post from Gerard with negative comments. I know him as Lou and my observation has been that he is a transient who was given shelter during a hurricane within the store. Fed by the staff and provided blankets to keep him warm. Staff is always on point, I walk in and I get a welcome. I changed from the other store in town because of the people that work there and also because the other seems to be closed regularly lately in the early morning. Great team on site and would recommend this to anyone!”

“This is the only place I find it fair. I came in today for free diagnosis. I am talking about an entire gamer system which I know anyone charges lots of money to find out what is wrong with it. This people are as legitimate and as they claim on the business sign and their business card. They do not charge for diagnosis. They only charge if they do repairs. I follow my friends advice and I am glad I did.”

“Last week my new iPhone 15 Plus (only had it a week and a half) froze and would not respond to touch or reset. I was out of town on business and not having a phone was causing major problems. Cameron at this Verizon store helped me a prioritized getting me a new phone immediately and restoring my data. I have never received such great service for a cell phone and I’ve had one since 1996 with about 4 different carriers. Thank you again Cameron. Your kindness is not forgotten and your service should be rewarded.”
