We took our 2018 Cadillac Escalade ESV in for rough ideal and vibration in the front end in AWD. FIRST they tell us it needs new engine mounts ( and there was a Bulletin out for this and it would be $2,000) But I read the bulletin and it doesn’t apply to our vehicle. So I took it to another Chevy dealership and they found that it needs new plugs for the ideal problem and a new transfer case for the vibration. It isn’t costing me a thing. Under warranty. ???????

Purchased a Suburban from them a few months ago. Was treated very nice. Had it serviced today. The service manager is top notch. Good place to buy a vehicle. Good place to get it serviced.

Horrible experience ever in the service department. My truck is under a warranty and something is wrong with my transmission and they didn't even take the time to look at it. they want to charge me for something that is covered under my warranty

I purchased a new Silverado at Dick Smith's at the end of 2016 and I have been back for a couple of scheduled maintenance appointments and called in with questions a couple of times. Sales or service, these guys are top drawer all the way. Worth the drive to Moncks Corner. Our sales guy Greg was excellent, knowledgeable, skilled. The service people are prompt, honest, engaged. The worst thing you can say about them is that they're service guys are usually booked up for several days out, and that's because they're so good. This is a darn good dealership! Recommend them to anyone.
