I already posted how much I love this cvs before but I'm here again with five stars because they are absolutely wonderful there. They are so kind and diligent. This team that represents cvs is absolutely amazing. I'll never go to another pharmacy again. If I could give them more stars and raises I would! Love love love this place.

If I could give 0 stars Today I call about my husband prescription that was suppose to be auto filled last week. Pharmacy was very rude with no explanation of the delay or an apology and kept being mean and short with me. She kept yelling we are working on it so he is out of his heart meds and I asked if we could pick it up today and again rudely yelled I said we are working on it!!! No explanation to a customer of what is going on. HORRIBLE and not the first time. Our insurance dictates where we can go. I guess next I’m contacting the insurance company as to how they handle customers and the poor service that they provide!!!

The staff at this CVS location have always been kind and helpful to me. When I had a huge scare for one of my anticonvulsants, they helped me find the medication help I needed.

Michelle in the drive thru has got to be the rudest, most unpleasant woman I have ever dealt with. Hateful & very facey. It’s always so hard to get our scripts filled here & we are stuck using them since our insurance only works at CVS.. we would need to drive out of town to get to another location. Awful. I dread dealing with this location & this mean lady.

My overall experience has been good. When there is a problem, I have been able to talk to a pharmacist and get it resolved. Be patient, these people are overworked and underpaid.
