The prices are reasonable, the salespeople are not the friendliest or most helpful. They need more variety and colors in their merchandise also.

I was shopping for a recliner. The salesperson didn't seem to care about my needs or knowledgeable about the recliners. Seemed bored and cared more about unloading the cart and stocking shelves.

My friend recently moved into her first apartment we went here to purchase her a love seat and when we did they gave her a list of costs for the delivery and when she made the call to have it delivered they charge more than what the price listed. Their add claims they deliver but it's actually a third party that delivers.( the customer has to call and set the appointment for delivery)
