Very grateful for our salesman, Sam Huff—my husband has been wanting a Ford Lightning since their debut and when we reached out to Sam regarding their availability he was prompt, helpful and so nice! As young adults, Sam never questioned our ability to afford the vehicle or trivialized our wants/needs. Sam has been the best communicator from the moment we called the dealership to stopping by for some sensor updates. Be sure to ask for him when stopping by!

A couple of years ago, I brought my wife's 2013 explorer in for a new water pump. (Block weep hole had some leakage). When we received the vehicle back, there were various signs of lack of attention to detail. Hose clamps were not reinstalled properly, various clips not installed/missing/broken, etc. I brought up my concern, and most were addressed on the spot. However, I did not recognize their biggest failure until just now. When reinstalling the alternator, they did not reinstall the upper M10 size nut, and the lower bolt was loose. Over the last couple of years, this misalignment has caused the alternator bearings to go bad and give a multitude of other symptoms to issues like a slipping belt or a bad AC compressor. One belt, a tensioner, and an alternator later, I have now spent over $500 and hours of my own work to correct their's. This may have been one bad technician, but then the quality control is in question, and it makes me wonder what else is wrong with the work they did since the water pump is timing chain driven. Check their work when you get your vehicle back from them, or just go to a different place and avoid the headache.

I found a used truck that I liked via their website. After calling the sales team I was able to schedule an appointment to meet someone at 9:30 am. I was early and so was Kimmie, who was fantastic. The Truck matched the pictures and description I was given over the phone by Sam. I test drove the truck and agreed to buy it. Rush handled all the paperwork while a family member and I chatted freely in the office drinking an assortment of coffee and hot coco and I was done in less than 2 hours total. I've been driving the truck over a week and everything has worked out. Thanks team.

Chris service advisor is very helpful and went out of his way to ensure my 16 year old daughters car was serviced correctly. Parts from ford came in and 1 of them was wrong due 2 boxed error from the factory. Mike the service tech caught the error when the correct part arrived double checked the car and ensured everything was safe with no issues after he test driven it. Chris even went out of his way and personally drove the car to my house on his break while I was out of town to make sure my daughter has her car. He is what customer service is all about. Thank you very much Chris, Mike and Berkeley Ford for all your help. Update Service done.05/10/24 Chris in service is exceptionally excellent besides the service that is provided by the techs to my daughters cars. I appreciate it

Came to an agreement on a used vehicle over the phone, I showed up to purchase and they had increased the price $400, then told me there was nothing they could do to honor the verbal agreement. Didn’t clean the car or fill it up with gas prior to handing it over to me, definitely not up to par when it comes to how vehicles should be sold.
