They care about your money, but not keeping their customers happy. Very poor customer service and if I knew more about cars, I wouldn't have bought any car from them. They sell you a car with problems, but try and pass them off as great cars. They expect their payments and still expect you to get the car fixed yourself and even though they promise to help out with any services, but don't keep their word.

I purchased a 2007 Ford expedition from them I had issued with it since I had it they took it shop an n said they fix but it continued to do the same thing one moment it will ride find an the next it will act like it will not go so I turn it back it in I lost out on money

Drove 2 hours to purchase a vehicle they advertised online. Owner kept insisting that we put money down and put hase a car after I repeatedly told him we wanted to pay cash for a vehicle. After test driving the car had a few concerns, but was still planning to purchase the vehicle. Owner again tried to get me to put money down and then told me that the vehicle I wanted to purchase was the worst one on the lot. We gave him the key and walked out. I think we dodged the bullet on this one. I should have read the reviews before we drove 2 hours. They were all bad. Proceed with caution people!!!

Sold me a truck for 2k over the asking price, next day found out the flywheel has missing teeth, which for those that dont know is a major issue but thats not even the worst part. 1st night having the truck i walked out to get my stuff i just bought and when the dome light came on i seen at least 50 scatter into the seats and wherever else they could hide, buyers beware!!! DON NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

Sells vehicles that he knows has problems. Vehicles have extended problems after the fact. Don’t buy from him. He will rip you off. He doesn’t even pay his employees what they are worth. He buys junk cars with rust and major problems and expect people to buy them. He will resell the vehicle with the same issues without fixing them. Beware!

Auto mart in Moncks Corner is GARBAGE!!! I Bought a Kia Soul 2013 With Stains On The Backseat And After I bought it My Uncle Check It out for me and I had to Buy Four Brand new Spark plugs Because when I drove it the car started skipping smh And Plus The Monthly And Insurance Were 1,200 a Month All Together I Couldn’t Do It Anymore Because That Type Of Car Wasn’t Worth It So I Recommend You guys To shop somewhere else Because Your Gonna End Up Buying a Raggedy Car Form This Place that’s gonna cost you!!!

My experience today Wasn't what my husband and I expected! We drove miles to see a car posted online, I'm certain that couldn't be the same Car. We spoke with the owner prior to making the trip, Please tell Us not to waste our time? He was pleasant, however he just Should have Told Us not to waste All Day Driving! Dissatisfied FULLY!
