All I can say is ridiculous It is the weekend after it the fourth. Cars everywhere and they are closed. Let’s rewind about a month ago when I went in here and there was so much stock to be put up you could get around the store! I mean tons . And I bet this is what going on today.
Get it together Family Dollar! They is only really 3 store to shop . Y’all are losing so much money today!

I had my debit card hacked so I had to write a check well couldn't get it through at this Family Dollar it's sad when someone hacks debit cards then the one that's honest and has the card hacked has to be denighed writing a check when it was good then I have to wait on another card uselly 10 business days this sucks eggs

Bad experience in McCormick Family Dollar store. Folgers coffee had a sale price of $6.95 got to the cashier and was charged regular price $9.95. I talked with manager and received a really lame excuse that that was the circular price and it had already ended. Would this not be considered false advertising? I had even asked another associate stocking the shelves to be certain that was the correct price. She assured me that it was. So there you have it..... like really??

Big store, FAMILY DOLLAR needs to have employees specifically for stock. How do they expect employees to ring customers, answer questions & put up a million pieces of stock????? Especially when its 2 employees in the store.

While the staff is nice at checkout, the store is always a disaster. The aisles are impassable, with merchandise dumped and spilled all over the floor. You rarely see anyone unpacking.

This store looks horrible?,?, filthy?,it's cluttered with merchandise out of place,and on the floors everywhere, customer service sucks,incorrect prices on the shelves,and merchandise ++++++ please watch your step and your pockets.

Tonight we went to Family Dollar. There were full carts in every isle. Merchandise was all over the floor. No òne should have to work under these circumstances. It was overwhelming to me just being a customer. The help they have are having to run back and forth from the checkout to trying to put stock out. This store needs overnight stockers and cleaning crew. I hope something is done. The store is dangerous to customers and employees.

It never keep changes and too much stuff in the aisles can't even walk down the aisle and some of the employees half speech don't like shopping here.

Isles full of stuff to where you can't even get down them....selection of toys is pitiful.....cashier was very friendly and polite

This store is expanding its catalog it has decent seasonal shopping. But great prices all together. I like the febreze products. Wax melts wall Oilers that kind of thing. And the red bull sales.
