This is what a Post Office is suppose to be like. Mind you as the area grows they need to provide her some help during peak times. But this woman is a true team player. She has to be one of the nicest folks I ever met. She will be swamped and busy as a bee but her customer service never suffers. I look forward to seeing her smiling face and professional attitude. She unlike the other local post office does not have the attitude ....I should be ...grateful she actually waits on me..... In this case it is I who am grateful. True customer service is so rare in todays world you just have to take the time to acknowledge and say thanks!!!

The lady who runs this office is super nice. I live in Chester but ride to mc Connells just to deal with her cause the crooks in chester steal your packages . Yes they do.this is just office staff not carriers who im blessed to have a lovely woman.
