Well, this is my first ever Google review. I went into my local Walgreens in Mauldin tonight - as I do weekly - and had the absolute worst experience. I was waiting in line and was next in line and the cashier (come to find out, she is the manager, Jenny) asks the customers behind me if she can help them. I said I’m sorry I was next in line. Jenny is quick to tell me that I shouldn’t be on my phone while waiting in line and that I should have picked a line. Mind you, she just opened a new line. The way that Jenny communicated to me was beyond unprofessional and demeaning. While I was on my phone, I was attentive and giving eye contact so that there was no question weather I was paying attention and next in line. I even called back to ask to speak to the manager and Jenny picked up. No apology - no sympathy- no understanding - I was simply told yet again that I shouldn’t have been on my phone. I have never experienced such poor customer service. What a shame as this is the Walgreens that I frequent as it is so close to me. I truly hope this is addressed and that Jenny doesn’t treat other paying customers with this same disposition.

Pharmacy staff was less than pleasant. Waited over 30 minutes for an appointment to get a vaccine and had to walk out. Drive-thru line and phones were prioritized over those waiting for appointments. And the store and pharmacy area was ridiculous dirty with crumbs and dirty on the floor and cobwebs.

The reviews are accurate...this place is bad! We scheduled an appointment for a vaccine and after waiting more than 30 minutes we just left without being seen. The pharmacy tech was not nice nor remotely pleasant. The store is just dirty; cobwebs everywhere, dirty floors, etc.

I am not pleased with the pharmacy technicians at Walgreens in Mauldin SC at all. Very rude and talk about customers in front of other customers. The pharmacist is always nice and helpful. But, the tech are rude,and they act like they know more than the pharmacist.I switched all my business to another pharmacy yesterday. I have worked in customer service for years. I would NEVER treat people like they do.HIPPA doesn't apply to them at all either.

I've never had a problem with a Walgreens Pharmacy until this one. The pharmacist is judgmental and asks too many personal questions when picking up prescriptions for my liking. They will say they can't fill a medication, yet your doctor has one waiting for you. You can never reach them on the phone and if you do, they are extremely rude.

Drive through service is outrageous. Plan to sit in line 30mins or more with no sense of urgency.

Pharmacy is bad . I’ve never seen anything this bad in my whole 40 years of living ! Bad customer service , extremely slow, attitudes , and no one seems to know anything . Pathetic

If you're going to pick up a prescription here, I recommend packing a lunch or taking a book, because you're going to be here for a while. The pharmacy moves at an absolutely glacial pace. Molasses flowing out a frozen jar is downright speedy in comparison.

It's back to mail order refills for me. I thought it would be convenient to get my refills locally but I can't deal with this pharmacy. I took in a 90 day prescription with 3 refills and was told it was too early to refill, but it would be put on file. Then when it could be filled, one of the refills disappeared. Now, I filled a prescription for 90 days on 8/27 but now I've run out two weeks early so I couldn't have gotten my 90 pills. Lesson learned, count my pills if I ever get another refill here, which I won't.

Send the pharmacist Caleb to customer service training. Not only was he rude and yelled at me. Because of a Walgreens mix up. When I refilled my medication it said it would be ready at 8:10pm I showed up at 8:45 sat in line in the pharmacy drive thru waiting on one car and they hadn't filled any of the medications so I waited for them to fill them they only filled one of my medications. I needed the one they didn't fill specifically. So I told them. They said too bad they are closed. When I begged that I needed it tonight they told me they had no prescriptions refills left that wasn't at all true I had 3. The pharmacist yelled at me asking why I hadn't come in sooner if it was that important. They continued to argue that I didn't have refills that I could plainly see I had. They ended up refilling the mediation but while we waited we watched Caleb pacing, pulling his own hair, putting his head down on the counter and throwing things around. I am a regular customer of this Walgreens and I won't ever go back. I have a chronic disease and medication is a part of my life. I am also a small business owner and a mother. Managing medication is a new juggle for me and to be treated like this is insane. As an adult to be screamed at and chastised by another adult is uncalled for. I hope no one treats Caleb's Wife, Mother, Sister or friend with such disrespect as he did me.

I sat in the drive thru line for 15 minutes this morning without one vehicle being serviced. Needed to pick up meds so I drove to the front, parked and walked in for service. One lady was working the window, and one lady standing infront of the drive thru cleaning counters. Saw a couple other workers behind the pharmacy counter doing busy work, avoiding the customers in line. Waited 20 minutes to get one perscription. This was just RUDE. I heard of the A and B team, but this morning was the D team, the DOG TEAM.

This is the worse Walgreens I ever been to! Bad customer service. Nobody knows what's going on in the pharmacy. One person tells me my medicine will be ready on Saturday after 9. When I get there they don't have in but the day before you all told me 30 mins to have it ready! I come back Monday they tell me it will be ready at 230. Gives them a hour and a half and they tells me again they dnt have it in. I'm standing waiting for the lady to come back and tell me they don't have it in. She looks over me Standing right in front of her and calls out another person's name and tell them they totally is $2. They need to shut this Walgreens down!

So short staffed and totally , incomprehensibly unorganized. The staff is nice enough but waiting on hold for 40 minutes only to be hung up on is inexcusable. Wait in line or at the drive thru is at least 20 minutes.
