This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy ever. Repeatedly month after month I’m on auto refill with my prescriptions, and, the automated system does nothing but call non-stop to remind you, YET, every time I go to pick up, well, you guessed it!!!! THEY ARE NEVER READY and I have to be inconvenienced and wait 30 to 45 minutes. I’m glad my health benefits are changing for 2024 and I will no longer be forced to use Walgreens. See ya later. I will never use Walgreens again.

I've never had a problem with a Walgreens Pharmacy until this one. The pharmacist is judgmental and asks too many personal questions when picking up prescriptions for my liking. They will say they can't fill a medication, yet your doctor has one waiting for you. You can never reach them on the phone and if you do, they are extremely rude.

I am not pleased with the pharmacy technicians at Walgreens in Mauldin SC at all. Very rude and talk about customers in front of other customers. The pharmacist is always nice and helpful. But, the tech are rude,and they act like they know more than the pharmacist.I switched all my business to another pharmacy yesterday. I have worked in customer service for years. I would NEVER treat people like they do.HIPPA doesn't apply to them at all either.

This is the most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. I tried to stick with them since I had just transferred from CVS. At this point I'm going to ask CVS for forgiveness and transfer back. I hope all Walgree pharmacies are not the same??

Send the pharmacist Caleb to customer service training. Not only was he rude and yelled at me. Because of a Walgreens mix up. When I refilled my medication it said it would be ready at 8:10pm I showed up at 8:45 sat in line in the pharmacy drive thru waiting on one car and they hadn't filled any of the medications so I waited for them to fill them they only filled one of my medications. I needed the one they didn't fill specifically. So I told them. They said too bad they are closed. When I begged that I needed it tonight they told me they had no prescriptions refills left that wasn't at all true I had 3. The pharmacist yelled at me asking why I hadn't come in sooner if it was that important. They continued to argue that I didn't have refills that I could plainly see I had. They ended up refilling the mediation but while we waited we watched Caleb pacing, pulling his own hair, putting his head down on the counter and throwing things around. I am a regular customer of this Walgreens and I won't ever go back. I have a chronic disease and medication is a part of my life. I am also a small business owner and a mother. Managing medication is a new juggle for me and to be treated like this is insane. As an adult to be screamed at and chastised by another adult is uncalled for. I hope no one treats Caleb's Wife, Mother, Sister or friend with such disrespect as he did me.

I sat in the drive thru line for 15 minutes this morning without one vehicle being serviced. Needed to pick up meds so I drove to the front, parked and walked in for service. One lady was working the window, and one lady standing infront of the drive thru cleaning counters. Saw a couple other workers behind the pharmacy counter doing busy work, avoiding the customers in line. Waited 20 minutes to get one perscription. This was just RUDE. I heard of the A and B team, but this morning was the D team, the DOG TEAM.

Pharmacies are known to be pretty slow, but this is the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with in my life. They are incredibly slow moving even with the most basic things and they do not accommodate their slow speeds with their attitudes.

Horrible service. Phones are a nightmare. I have been on hold 4 times today for at least 45 minutes each time. When my "spot" in line came up, their system hung up on me 3 times. Still on hold for the 4th time. This happens regularly. Now their microphone for the drive thru is broken - so you have to go inside. Transferring my scripts to Publix across the street - I recommend you do the same. Their corporate number is the same friggin way!

We had the most pleasant experience at the Walgreens on Butler St in Mauldin, SC. I was very new at scanning and downloading pictures to a flash drive, Kara was working in the photo booth and walked me through the whole process and could not have been nicer, more businesses need to have this kind of employees, very professional and exceptional customer service.

Horrible service and staff are all rude, especially in the pharmacy. They truly act as if they are on a pedestal and you are a mere number in their system. Have completely switched from Walgreens and will never be visiting this location.
