Wow! Sometimes I can be very frustrated with Verizon’s customer service, but this store’s staff (especially Josh) are fabulous! Explained the root cause of issue and fixed it in less than 10 minutes.

I’m hard-pressed to recall a single good experience I’ve had with Verizon on a customer service level….until now. David Parchet worked hard to solve my problem, offered an array of solutions, and saved me some money. Dont deal with anybody else at Verizon. It’s a waste of time. Get in touch with David and get taken care of. It’s really that easy. Highly recommend.

David was absolutely fantastic to work with! He made, what we thought would be an impossible process of troubleshooting our devices, super seamless and pain-free. Very knowledgeable of both the physical devices and the technical/software side of things. Helped us optimize our plan to give us the best possible savings with the lines we have. Met with David today and am happy to have found a phone representative who meets in person. In fact, he was able to meet at my business. He was very prepared, knowledgeable, and helpful. Plus, he's a nice guy. I love working with local folks who have integrity. I'm thrilled to not have my time taken up holding on long phone calls to corporate reps.

I walked in to Verizon in Greensboro and was greeted me and has been such a help since. I had some billing errors on my business account that had been lingering for 2 months. I met David in April and he has continuously worked on my account until it was fixed today and it’s July 2nd. I’m talking 12 hr working hours at a time trying to resolve the issue. He never complained and was willing to talk to me to help resolve the issue. Every promise made he kept. You don’t even get that service when calling naw customer care. I had been hung up on several times, told a multitude of things by reps and never getting issue resolved. But David got the problem addressed and handled. I really appreciate his hard work dedication and efforts he put into helping me. And I am proud to say he will be my business account specialist. Anything that pertaining to my account; I will be contacting him directly and forward. Thank you again David for providing me the best customer service I’ve ever experienced with VW business.

Verizon David is your go to guy for any cell phone needs , I travel overseas often and this is the 3rd time I’ve lost / had my phone stolen but luckily always carry back ups , when this has happened I write David thru Facebook app on wifi and within 10 minutes he’s has my back up phone activated and a replacement phone on it’s way. David’s the best I’ve ever dealt with in customer service , don’t waste your time dealing with anyone else or another service besides Verizon.

David is by far the best salesperson I’ve ever had the privilege of coming in contact with! Thoughtful, hardworking, personable, and trustworthy are just a few of the traits that make him the very best! Also, there is zero pressure! He legitimately just wants satisfied customers! He’s a rare breed! My family and my company will only be using David for our Verizon needs from here on out!
