I rented a unit here and my only complaint was there were so many trucks blocking storage units. It made coming and going difficult and it made me feel like they didn’t care about their customer experience. On the other hand, I don’t think this is up to them and corporate just keeps sending them vehicles to store with minimal storage space.
The staff was incredibly kind/cool and I would use them again just for that.”

“Got the truck and left. The inside had some packing boxes, and bed covers but not much more for packing stuff. The truck came with a rear back up camera which is great ( it's on the rear view mirror useless mirror but the video is nice to have)”

“TJ was very helpful in finding me the right trailer to use. He was professional, kind, patient, friendly and polite. When I returned the trailer, I had a difficult time trying to reverse park in its area. I pulled up to the front of the building and Austin came out to help. He said, “Don’t worry about it, it’s okay, I’ll take care of it for you.” Austin is another great and helpful employee who came to my aide.”
“Reserved me 12 ft box truck 10 days in advance. Everything went well except the website didn't tell me about the $150 deposit. Not the stores fault. The truck was shockingly a really nice truck with only 60k miles. Seems like a lot of you guys reserved online same day and didn't call to confirm. Plan better.”
