The customer service at this location is second to none. Dalton and his team went above and beyond to help us when we needed to do a return/exchange on our riding lawn mower. They made the process so easy and we're extremely grateful! Loyal customers for life!

2 weeks ago me and my family visit to purchase a new gate for our yard, the store was under staffed so they told us to pull around back where the back opening to the store so we did so like 20 mins later and they tell us we need to move back more closer to the gates they have locked up and waiting like 30 to 40 mins later we someone inside the out door area grabbing a gate and then he tells us to pull up to the gate of the outdoor area of the store. Very unhappy about how long we waited, me and my husband even went inside the store again to make sure someone was coming out to help us.

I went searching for a mower and arrived before the doors opened at 8:00.
I was looking around outside in front when a lady on forklift stopped and asked if she could help me. I told her what i was searching for and she went searching for it.
They got it out to where i could check it out. I asked to have it assembled, still not sure a buying it yet.
They quickly had it assembled and running. Driving it to me in parking lot. I agreed i wanted to buy, and asked them to put air in tires.
I was very pleased with the customer service ☺️

This is my favorite place for all my animal and gardening needs. Bought my first chickens from them 6 years as pets. Never had chickens before, so there was a lot of trial and error. I could run by the store and get advice and what was needed in one place. The employees are so knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful.

Curbside pickup was an absolute joke today. I ordered one bag of play sand at 9:13 am. Received confirmation at 9:23 am that it was ready for pick-up. My wife, who was going to be nearby, went to get it at 4:00 pm. It took them 30 MINUTES to get the order out to her. They came out multiple times to confirm her name and to tell her they were working on it. (You confirmed it was ready hours ago, why don't you have it set aside!?). A younger guy ended up getting the sand from outside and after placing it on the cart, he stood there for over 5 minutes looking at his phone. At 4:30 pm, my wife finally waved him down and he brought it to her. We will never shop here again.

Always like Tractor Supply store. Their prices are a little higher, but nowadays, every place has higher prices. Great Selection of Cat, Dog, Horses, Rabbits, all kinds of Animals supplies. The store has lots of different things in the store, go and check them out. Sometimes the lines are long to check out, because of lack of help, or real busy times. ?

Our Mauldin Tractor Supply is great. Staff is always helpful and friendly. It’s easy to order online and pick up. Plenty of parking.

Tractor Supply Mauldin. These people are useless when it comes to customer service. Called on 2 different occasions. Gave them the SKU number that I was looking for. On hold 3 times for 15 minutes. Finally hung up after the 3rd person answered the phone and asked If he could help me. $300 sale lost.

This is based solely on the pet wash station as I’ve never shopped in the store in Mauldin, SC. The room and bay was filthy. In fact, I think my dog was dirtier after leaving. There was so much dog hair caked up at the bottom of the bay and on top of the shampoo bottles that I didn’t even want to touch them. I didn’t even bother to try to use the combs and brushes as you could barely see the bristles because if all the dog hair matted in them. I finally got disgusted and left with my dog almost soaking wet. Came home and gave him a proper bath in the bathtub and then took a shower myself because I felt gross from being in there. The concept is great, and if not so nasty, it would have been nice using the sprayer and dryer. But without the proper upkeep and clean up by the staff, I won’t be back.

Sabrina, cashier, gave my dog a treat without asking first. When I said, "thank you, but don't give him more," she coped an attitude with me. I said you should always ask first, he has allergies. Sabrina said, she heard me the first two times...... Just apologize, Sabrina. I'm the customer, supporting the store you work in, contributing to YOUR paycheck...... And don't assume
