I have gone to this place twice. After waiting 30 minutes for the first visit, and over an hour the second time, we were not seen. We were not addressed at all. So, you're not getting our business.

We went to the store in Mauldin. Michael was very helpful. He has a great attitude and does a great job explaining everything. That's my go-to store now.

Few weeks back I went to the store to get my other phone activated as my original instrument was stolen outside the country and got new one activated on this number. The staff there is awesome and so helpful. Michael with the help of manager Zohaib got it done in few minutes. All the sales associates working there are really very helpful. I have been to t-mobile's other stores in Greenville and Simpsonville and this is the best store I found to get work done.

Had to go to Tmobile because my phone picked up a virus. Those guys on Butler Rd in Mauldin SC are terrific. Thank you for hiring the right people with the best personalities Tmobile. They fixed me up in not time

The absolute BEST staff at a cellular store! They are friendly, attentive and KNOWLEDGEABLE!! You may have to spend a little time there, but you WILL leave happy with a good device!! And great service!

I can't get suport for a problem I am having with a TMobile account that I started to set up but quickly canceled once I realized how difficult it is to deal with T-Mobile. I canceled my service before I even installed the SIM cards and I mailed them back to the company immediately. I paid a deposit in the amount of $76.18 when I originally ordered the service. Now, not only can I not get my deposit back but I am getting a bill from T-Mobile in the same amount of the deposit I want back. This is absolutely the WORST company I have EVER dealt with!

Tmobile overall is garbage, not just this store. Service is terrible, and so is the support you get from the people working there. Never had an issue with my phone service until tmobile bout sprint. Don't go with them, literally go anywhere else

I came to this store and the sales person helping me didn't have what I was looking for. I said I would go to a nearby store that I had previously visited. Taylor went on to tell me not to visit this store because they get complaints from there all the time. I found this to be unprofessional. I thought all tmobiles were on the same team? The store at Augusta rd has always been helpful.

Come to this location yesterday 3/19/22 with my family of 4 looking to switch from spectrum to tmobile, as we got there only one employee was in the store she was with a customer we waited patiently, the other employee( younger one) come in the door, asked how she can help as shes smacking her gun with both airpods in her ears. I tell her i want to switch and she saids “okay we really don’t deny anybody” then when i tell her were looking to get new phones she acts like she no longer wants to help us, “even people with 700 credit score dont get approved for new phones” i had to ASK HER TO DO HER JOB AND RUN MY CREDIT, after i asked she said“ well its a hard inquire” And proceeded to just stand there. Im not understanding if tmobile is paying you why are you not willing to help, customer service SUCKED! I waited a while just to be told “its a hard credit check” which i already knew before walking in the door. Needless to say she still didnt want to run my credit & we walked out the door with a very BAD EXPERIENCE due to an employee not waiting to do her job.

Went to transfer data from my old phone to my new. I told it would take 30 minutes however, I was there for 1½ hours. Otherwise, the employees were extremely nice.
