This branch has very rude tellers. It’s not uncommon to sit at the drive-through window for 5 minutes or more before someone acknowledges that you are there.

TERRIBLE BANK, ZERO STARS if possible. Placed a hold on my work paycheck for 10 days to “investigate” (even though the company I work for is listed in my account). I called and could not get the issue resolved, so I decided to let it go, be patient and wait. I deposited another paycheck from the same company as the last one, and there’s a 10 day hold on this one as well. I tried calling again, was told to call their 800 number and still received no resolution even after asking for the situation to be escalated. These are hard times, and people work way too hard for their money to not be available to them.This is awful business; I will be closing my account, and if I were you I would not deal with a Truist bank with any regard.

Exceptional and quick service provided today by the workers at Truist Bank! Went in to get a cashier's check and I was taken care of promptly - the associates were kind, made small talk, and had a great attitude. It's so nice to receive warm, customer service! If I ever need to visit a physical Truist location again, this is the one I will come to every time!

Seems the BBT customers are red headed step children! Only SunTrust employees except maybe one. It is definitely not the friendly BBT E had! I am looking at moving my accounts.

Wait time has increased threefold. How is it merging 2 banks into 1 made it slower?! Worse, our deposit totals are "wrong" often. For naysayers, we're using a computer to total our checks. How can their computer say one thing and ours another? It can't always be us for as many times as it's happened. Adds up over time and imagine if it happens to everyone...

Service is horrible. My mom sat for 1 hour this morning and no one ever came to assist. Truist is not off to a good start. Mauldin and Simpsonville branch have gone downhill. We will discuss later today remove all funds from truist to our federal credit union account. Shewas told someone will be with you shortly. Both the branch manager and another lady, never came out of their office and no-one was in in there office. Truist merger was a Hugh mistake

This is for the company not so much this actual location. Brian at this branch helped me close my account and he worked with me as much as he could. Thats the only positive thing about this company. I've had the worst experiences with this bank. I wasnt able to use my card at the atm so I had to always pay atm fees. I've had fraudulent charges on my card and they kept giving me different answers on the phone. The app was always messing up so I could pay my cards off most the time through the app. I was with BBT and I thought the merger would help but it did the opposite so I closed my account with them. I've been with this bank for 8 years now.

The bank name has changed through the years. I’ve been a customer almost 40 years. I absolutely love the branch in Mauldin. The workers are kind and helpful. I’ve always had good experiences with SunTrust. Best of all, top notch is the Branch Manger, Candace. She is a joy to work with.
