Horrendous experience. Kaleb, the assistant manager, is beyond rude and asks questions that are irrelevant - such as personal medical questions that have nothing to do with filling my meds. I will be moving to another Publix after the HIPPA violation that occurred. Beware all.

I have always found this Pharmacy to be friendly and helpful. They have a very stressful job that is heavily regulated. The pharmacist and techs are on your side.They can only do as much as the regulations and the insurance providers allow. They want to help you, but I’m sure they don’t want to be fined and possibly unemployed in doing so.

4 stars for being super friendly, but deducting one star for being a little slow on turnaround time. I switched my pharmacy to here because I grocery shop here and it's convenient. Plus I hate CVS and only go there if it's my last resort.Everyone here is super friendly and conversational, but when I put in a prescription refill it's not uncommon for it to take 2-3 days before it's filled. When your need is more urgent, and you're waiting on meds for your sick kid, this is not ideal!

Opting to eat from what I have onboard instead of a meal out or fast food, I still needed to fill in a bit from this Publix. As is usual with Publix, the store was clean and tidy. Stock was in great condition and aisles were bright. There were no loose carts in the parking lot. Easy to find what I wanted and then to check out. Self-checkout worked fine and I was on my way. Asked for a cake with daisies on it, this is the cake we received. Wtf is this lol?! Bakery was so rude and this cake looks not cute. Not coming back.

I love going here for sandwiches, great deli! Lots of nice workers. They offer lots of Bogos which anyone can appreciate during this economy.

This store should remove gift cards station if customers can't buy it! Don't waste your time buying gift cards, because they can't even sell single one!

I’ve tried and been through some ringers with several pharmacies since my diagnosis. I am so grateful I landed here. It has been several months with them and I have been beyond satisfied. I used to feel like I had to make monthly phone calls, check on stock, and otherwise stay “on top” of the pharmacies…. And it was so stressful. Publix has been so kind and patient with me, no one ever gives me an attitude when I have to ask a question. They’re friendly, on top of their patients … make sure the scripts are filled on time, or are diligent in getting it filled asap if not available (shortage) no matter what that takes. And communication is SO good, I’ve been able to relax and don’t really feel the need to call anymore. It’s been amazing! Getting meds is stressful enough, esp when it’s not readily available. They ease that stress so much! 5 stars isn’t enough.

Pharmacy is a joke!! They needs to hired people that's have knowledge skills not a bunch of unprofessional working there just run theirs mouth and make customer waits for a long time!!

Love this Publix but the deli is so slow! Waited 20 mins for a sub that was scheduled. I watched the workers talk and take their sweet time making my sub. Only one person came and asked me what I was waiting on. I would of been Better off walking up to the counter and ordering it.

Manager, Jeremy was absolutely what other Employees should thrive to be like. 100% helpful and put the customer 1st....will shop here from now on !!!!!!!

Normally have a good experience at this Publix. It is well kept and well stocked. However, I was unhappy with my checkout experience the other day. I put my basket on the conveyer belt as I thought that would be helpful for the cashier. I guess it wasn't because she removed the two top items and then DUMPED the rest of the items on the belt. I just think that is so rude. I'm about to buy these items and she dumps them from the basket. It was just disrespectful and careless. I'm surprised my yogurts didn't bust open. Considering talking to management about this and her behavior.

Not horrible, but also not a great experience. I formerly used another Publix location but changed to this one after moving closer. I find the staff at this one to not be overly friendly, and they frequently don’t seem eager to help. Sometimes I have almost felt they are suspicious of me based on how they talk to me and that they ask for verification over and over again, rather than just once. I will be changing back to my previous location where I know the staff. At that location, they are always very happy to see me, and it is a pleasure to go there.
