I went on a Monday in the afternoon and the store was empty. I had been back and forth with metro customer service on the phone and they directed to me to the store. When I asked the lady for help explained my situation, she instantly had an attitude and said she couldn’t do anything. I can always understand if there is nothing they can do but in this situation I felt as if she didn’t want to deal with us and gave no information or options. My boyfriend doesn’t speak english and he even noticed she started it with an attitude. Every time I spoke with a different representative I was told something different, such a headache.

Smh....I just don't understand how associates don't know how to set up and receive an Internet box and how the manager doesn't properly train their associates to do so....This is so inconvenient....

My phone died two days ago. It's a particularly bad time for me to be without a phone. I came to this Metro store where Scott helped me. He showed me that the phone wasn't dead. I decided to get a new phone anyway. Scott was so patient with me and set up the new phone while giving me tips on efficient use of the device. He is an asset to Metro.

If I can give zero stars I would in a heartbeat , I been a customer of Metro PCS since the day they opened their doors ,Làst Thursday I took my son to the Metro on Butler Rd in Mauldin , I was running a little late , I mafe it to the store approx. 6:42 pm. As me n my son walked up to the store I noticed a guy sleeping in a chair by the front counter , when I opened the door he popped up with slobber running from his chin , he did not say a word , I asked him if he was ok n he replied ," just tired " so I asked him if I can purchase 2 new phones since I was eligible for upgrades ,, this l**** had the nerve to tell me that he cannot activate any phone after 6: 45,which I knew was a straight up lie because my other son works for Metro as well , he then goes on to tell me that this store doesn't have any phones in stock , I ask him if he was on dope because he definitely looked like it , n wat phone store doesn't have 1 or 2 phones in stock , i did happen to glance at his name tag which was upside down pinned on his shirt , i figured out his name , it was a boy named Scott , well Metro you need to fire that kid asap or you will be losing much buisness at that store , I was so angry that I literally wanted to punch him in the face just for the fact that I knew he was lying n didn't want to do his job , I told him on my way out that he needs to find another job if he dont want to help good paying customers that been a customer for over 13 yrs , I then waited til the following day n went to the store in Greer where they were much more helpful n i ended up with my new upgrades n also bought the new internet system they have , Bottom line if this kind of service continues I will leave Metro in a minute even though I have 6 lines on my account for many yrs now . I'm just about fed up with Metro , it seems Everytime I go to the stores I end up getting the runaround but in this case the l**** Scott that was high as a kite or on some kind of meds just straight up told me he don't want to help any customers , well Scott u r pathetic n I hope you get wat u deserve by treating good paying customers with disrespect n deceitful lies ! I hope u get FIRED , because u don't deserve to work anywhere where customer service is involved , Last but not least " I CANT SPELL THE WORD " BUM" WITHOUT U IN IT !

I highly recommend another store. A representative stated the phone I purchased online was locked and was happy to show me the most expensive phones in the store. Not a fan of dishonesty. Luckily I got a second opinion. I went across town to another store in Berea and the representative assisted with my phone switch.

Went into the store today to get help with my phone. After waiting 20 minutes it was my turn to be serviced. All I need was to switch SIM cards cause someone took my daughter’s out her phone. Scott stated he need to send a link with he did and because I didn’t have the phone on me I had to waited for my mom to provide the code. She’s elderly so she didn’t understand. However some one assisted her with the code but every code she gave me Scott would say no it’s not it. Which made me more upset. He told me it was no other way to verify my account. Ask him several times he said no. What is upsetting is to lie to a customer because your ready to go home be a you had a long day. I came home to find all the codes he was saying not it was it. Not understanding I purchased both phones from this location . It’s unsettling that I experienced this. Very disbelieving.

I didn't like the way Matt took my phone to see what kind of phone I had, then he kept looking at me all weird. Then asked me how much I made at work, then made my bill more than it should've been. You gotta watch these people who watch us too closely. Almost broke my arm when I gave him a hand shake, I'm a female, learn how to shake a female's hand without trying to break it. We've been metro pcs customers since 2016 so our bill was lowered thanks to the sales person Joy on the phone. These guys are sneaky.

I went recently with my father. Throughout our whole experience, both workers present were mocking us and laughing at us. As soon as we entered, the two girls working made a “joke” about me and laughed in front of my face. As my father began to express his concerns for everything, they continued to laugh. Whoever was working 12/5/21, fire them as they are unfit to handle the public and incredibly rude for no reason. We won’t be returning after this experience.

It says it opens at 10,I pulled up at 10:07 to the gentleman opening the door at 10:07,so I go to the door & ask was he open,he said NOT YET,so the service I was ready to get there I didn’t & took my money elsewhere.Niceness goes a long way in a business such as this.Lost a customer.Just try to greet people better next time,I would’ve waited if his customer service would’ve been better.
