“Went to upgrade my iPhone today and was greeted by Taylor. She was AWESOME, made the whole process simple and smooth even though due to apple related issues it took awhile. She continued to check on me during my “apple updates” and got my new phone set up and rolling. Would recommend seeing Taylor for any spectrum related service”
