“I know there's a lot of Mattress Firm locations in our area, but this should be your pick! Kendra is AMAZING at her job! We picked out a Nectar mattress that she was able to price match to another competitor. We tried sleeping on it for over a month but found out there was a defect in the support. When we went back for a swap, she asked us to pick out a back up mattress in case it happened again. We ended up liking the one she showed us even better! It was $100 more expensive, so we expected to pay that plus pay restocking fees/exchange fees/etc. That was fine with us. But because of the warranty and defect (not a comfort issue), we only had to pay tax! She is so pleasant to work with and keeps a positive demeanor. While helping us, she also helped two other customers and treated us all exactly the same which is so refreshing to see. I hope Mattress Firm knows they can't afford to lose an employee like Kendra. She's priceless!”

“After checking out several other furniture stores, we landed in the Furniture Marketplace. Spotted a few things, right off the bat... noticed their pricing was more affordable and Han the others we had walked through. While talking to Paul and the owner, I explained our situation... we had just moved here from Matlacha, FL where we had lost everything to Hurricane Ian and basically, starting over. They immediately started helping find other pieces we could use... they have a bargain center. We ended up with about 15 pieces saving thousands over some of the other stores. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. No pressure sales just right down nice to us. They even scheduled for a quick delivery so we could get our new life started.”

“I purchased a high end office chair here some time ago. When it was time to replace the gas cylinder that provides lift, I found myself struggling to successfully complete the task myself. The manager of the store offered advice and suggested if needed, they would be willing to assist. Well, I ended up taking it back to them, and with zero argument, they accepted the chair, fixed it, cleaned it, and had it ready for my use the following day. I was delighted. I would never buy this type of product anywhere else. They fully stand behind their products and service.”

“Having recently moved here from New York City, my style is more modern / mid century modern than most stores here. I was happy to find DZN home & purchased several pieces from them. The staff has excellent design sense and is very helpful. When a special order piece arrived and didn't make the turn up my stairs, they made it work for me without trying to be difficult. Other stores might not have been as generous. I was happy with their delivery team and customer service. Be forewarned that almost all furniture (from anywhere, not just from DZN) is delayed due to supply chain issues. Buy something off of the floor in the store if you can!”

“Met a lovely designer, Elena McIssac, at Bassett Greenville, SC as we were thinking of having a sofa custom made for our new home. She helped us through the process. But first asked if we wanted her to see our space to help us choose colors and fabric type. This was a great idea and some of her thoughts and comments really helped us. We figured out what we needed for comfort (cushion density for bottoms and backs). It was “white glove” delivered as quoted and it looks GREAT! What a pleasure working with Elena.
