At first I had high hopes, but once it came time to go to the storage unit, I got sent to the wrong site. The address on your receipt apparently doesn’t correlate with your actual storage unit.After finally getting notice that we were at the wrong site, we drove an additional 30 minutes to our site. When we found our unit, it was down at the bottom of the site in sand, dirt, and rocks. In case you were wondering, this type of surface does not work well with moving equipment, etc. that are on wheels. I wouldn’t have thought to ask for a unit that has pavement for unloading, but if you consider that a need for your storage unit, I guess you have to ask for it.

RENTER BEWARE. Called to rent a unit in Simpsonville. Completed paperwork and was given unit number. Nephew showed up at the facility that I called and there was no such unit. They had given us a unit at their annex facility, which was in Mauldin. Simpsonville storage has yet to return the administrative fee that they charged.

Customer service was great here however I had almost half of my stuff stolen from storage and know one knew how and even with a list of all of the items stolen and the prices from the receipt in which I bought the items, I was given literally half the amount of what everything cost when I purchased them. Also when I got my supplies from storage there was nothing but mouses droppings all over the remaining stuff. I recommend just paying more for a better storage unit elsewhere.

I called and reserved a space in simpsonville sc. I was quoted a reasonable price, felt like it was a good deal. Found out that there’s no one on-site, drive 7 miles to the office, only to find out that the space I was quoted is double the price and I was wiped for a different location. I needed the storage unit that day so ok whatever. The location is in a sketchy area, does have a fence around it though. Hopefully, won’t have to have the unit very long. Oversell, my experience sucked.

When to move into my new unit and there was no lock as promised. The unit is full of sand, dirt and dead leaves.I would thing they would have made sure the unit was ready. I believe I will start looking else where! If this is how SROA wants to do business, count me out!

DO NOT RENT HEREBIG MISTAKEVery sorry I rented here online from another state.Homeless were living in the unit when I arrived with no employees on site to help,my movers had to clean out a camp in the unit before moving me in. The door is broken and I realized a week later that I can open the door with the lock on no problem so I called for help. The management did nothing to help me. They have been simply rude and came out to see my unit then said yes it is broken and there is NOTHING we can do to help you today. Left me standing in the parking lot. Then later said I can’t leave a car parked in front of my unit because I may block others. My door is completely unlocked and I paid $117 for a secure unit. This place is dirty dangerous and they don’t care about you at all.DO NOT RENT HEREAdding photos of broken door and trash from inside unit.

Gloria Sheriff was very polite and patient. She explain how the system works and accessing the unit the location of the unit and the office location.she gave great detail on how the customers are able to make their payment on the 1st of each month. Appreciate her excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend the storage facility to family and friends.

This is the WORST customer service and worst storage unit! We have an up to date and paid unit, our code will not allow us access. I have called customer service 3 times and unable to get anyone and the only way I was able to get anyone to answer the phone was to press the new customer button. They changed out gate code without letting us know and did not send us any information on the new gate code. We will never use another SROA after we get our belongings out!!

Its a really nice place to store my stuff the staff is helpful and it does feel secure when I come to check in my unit everything is always well kept and nice ? I'm glad to keep my stuff here the price is really nice
