RentalI am going to explain what my definition of customer service is. As well know, by this point, I had a horrible experience with the UPS in MAULDIN and Justin’s reply added insult to injury. I also had a bad experience with the enterprise in Mauldin. There were damages to the vehicle that caused injuries to one of the passengers. They were unable to answer my phone call after I called for over an hour, I was given this information by the customer service number and it wound up costing me two additional days in car rental. I did call the 1800 number to complain. They said that I would have to take it up with the local store as apparently that is the new answer to all concerns. I spoke with Hannah, the assistant manager of the Enterprise in Mauldin. She patiently listened to my concerns about the injury, she apologized that there was no answer and did not make excuses. All I wanted her to know about was the injury because I did not want that to happen to someone else in the future. I also did not want to pay for two additional days where I did not have the vehicle as I had returned it. Hannah immediately acknowledged the error from the 1800 number and refunded me the two additional days they were trying to charge me. She then said she would make sure that the repairs were made on the van so that no further injury to anyone else would happen. It was a peaceful interaction, where Hannah took responsibility for their service failure. We are all human and errors are made. I don’t expect anyone to be perfect but I do expect them to afford me respect when I address concerns. With that being said, great job Hannah. Thank you Enterprise Rentals for hiring people that care about customer experience. Prior to that interaction with Hannah. I would not have used the enterprise in Mauldin again, after speaking with her and understanding her sincere concern, I will use them again in the future. I believe in addressing concerns when they’re valid and I believe in giving praise to the same degree.

I have been a faithful customer for the past three years since I've lived in the area. I've formerly rented multiple vehicles under one business credit card before, but I was told by one employee that these occurrences didn't happen and then another employee that whoever rented this way to us before was not supposed to do that. A little consistency and not being gaslit would be great. I continued to ask questions about possible solutions, and was met with rudeness from a third employee. I matched his rudeness after that, which I don't think he appreciated. This man then told me my issue could be worked around by creating a business rental account, but we don't qualify for it because we need to travel 10 days a month. (He failed to mention that when he recommended this, but I would hope he would know about this requirement. I'm assuming he did, and just wanted to push me off onto someone else). Prior to this year, I've had nothing but positive interactions with the staff here. I don't know what has changed, but I am frustrated and disappointed. Please hire better employees or bring the old ones back.

Mauldin location never lets me down they always try to find me exactly what I’m looking for when it comes to renting. I can say they will go above and beyond I rent no other place.

Horrible experience at this location. They accept reservations for cars they dont have available and wait until you arrive to tell you they can give you a car 24 hours later. They made no attempt to check other locations, offer a ride or apologize for the inconvenience. Very poor customer service !!

I reserved a last minute rental for a few days here. The staff was fantastic. Vert friendly, welcoming, funny. Turned my bad day around with their positive attitudes and service.

I've used this location exclusively for rental vehicles and have found them to have the best price and service. Be aware they are usually a little busy so there may be a wait.
