I had not been to this CVS in a couple of years and was very impressed with the welcome as I entered and the efficient and courteous young lady, CLARA, who helped me with my purchases and checked me out. I will be back to this store!!! Thanks!!

I had an appointment at the Minute Clinic here at 5PM. I was called at 11:30AM asking if I could come in early because their staff didn’t show up. I informed them that I had a job and couldn’t come in early. I told them I would arrive as soon as I could. I arrived ON TIME FOR MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT and was told that the doctor would not see me. He said that I was told to come in early because of their lack of scheduling and because I didn’t he would not stay late. When I informed the man that I had a job and that is why I created the appointment for 5PM he told me he had other things to do and he walked out.

Nice people, but they never answer the phone. I've literally called, been on hold for 15 min, driven there while on hold and get helped faster that way.Also doctor has called in an emergency refill for us 2 times and they still.too 3 days to fill it.

What’s the purpose of clinic scheduled appointment when you wait 30+ minutes past the appointment time. What’s the purpose of CVS clinic if it’s no faster then a standard doctors office.

Lady at the pharmacy Victoria was not very professional and rude. She walked away as I was speaking and did not even acknowledge anything I said. There’s no reason why she should have an attitude when all I ask was a very simple question that she did not even answer. Seems like she needs some training on how to be professional to everyone and not just certain people. She was very polite to others that came in after me, mind you I was there for 10-15 mins total. Another thing is my prescription said it was for 10 days and she only gave me a 5 day supply. Very unprofessional…

The phone system needs Jesus. Nothing is straightforward and they interject news in between relevant information and it is very distracting and confusing. I will remove this review if you fix it but only if you fix it.

When I picked up my prescription today, I found out that my insurance didn't cover it. Without being asked, pharmacy cashier, Kristine Elrod, searched for a manufacturer's coupon for me. It dramatically reduced the cost so that I could afford my medication. I very much appreciate that level of consideration and kindness.

I had an 11:15 appointment to get the covid vaccine and waited an hour. In that hour they only managed to give 4/5 people ahead of me the vaccine. I'm sure it was because the Walgreens company was under staffing to save money on paying people, because all of the pharmacy employees were very kind, continuously doing things/interacting with customers, and never standing around doing nothing. 5 stars to the employees, none to the people at the too who set them up to fail.
