Sharon and Chucky helped me immensely with phone concerns. Jennifer helped me with activating my new phone that I purchased with my insurance upgrade for only $40.Sharon went out of her way to help. Was super patient, kind and respectful. Definitely deserves a raise or a brand new iPhone or something! Chucky was patient and kind too.

I walked in as a disappointed long time customer of MetroPCS and walked out a new, thoroughly impressed, relieved and satisfied cricket wireless customer. The two young ladies working were nothing but attentive and sympathetic while they listened to me ramble on and on. They never once rushed me and I'm confident they gave me the best deal they had to offer that would fit in my parameters, and then some! I wish I would have gotten their names for this review! Long story short the store itself was sleek and clean with ample seating which you don't see often at many places of the same design and the stock was neat and cared for by people who care. Not a hair out of place as they say. Highly recommended for anybody currently on straight talk, MetroPCS, or any other phone company that's month to month. I love my phone, it's case, and the clip on belt holder which I've gotten free before MetroPCS but of course their free/included accessories are bottom shelf/dumpster quality whereas Crickets, or at least the ladies at this location because I can't speak for all the locations, won't hesitate to reach for the top shelf. The BT speaker they threw in slaps too and I don't even like BT speakers most of the time! Thank y'all!!
