“Recently, I was struck with covid. I tried calling my PCP to schedule and appointment but no one answered the phone. I then tried to schedule an appointment with my employee health doctor but they weren't available due to upgrades taking place.
I had a fever, very weak and sick. No energy at all. So I decided to book an appointment at CVS E.Butler Road location. I got an immediate appointment. No waiting! The process was smooth. The lady who went over my symptoms, demographics and swabbed me was very kind and compassionate. Dr. Simon was amazing! Very detailed, explained everything. Attentive, and made me aware of future immunizations I may need. Her care was extraordinary! I say this because 5 days later I returned for new symptoms. She is very knowledgeable, compassionate and proactive. She listens and educates. What made her even more wonderful is the fact that she noticed I had stitches on my hand and removed them for me! She knew how sick I was and the struggle for me to drive and go anywhere as bad as I felt.
I highly recommend CVS MC on E Butler in Mauldin! It beats urgent care hands down!! I wish more people would give them a try! You'll be amazed! So convenient in your local community.

“This convenient convenience store is exactly that! All things from Gas, snacks. Use of tiny bathroom(bring sanitizers), same family has owned it for many years and they are very nice, fairly inexpensive, an has tshirts, socks, necessaries for you and your family, and habits ! Cute lighter leash too,ha ha !”

I was very new at scanning and downloading pictures to a flash drive, Kara was working in the photo booth and walked me through the whole process and could not have been nicer, more businesses need to have this kind of employees, very professional and exceptional customer service.”
