“I am grateful to have recently visited this store and had the fortunate opportunity to meet the store manager, Kevin. I have a GMC 2500 Duramax that I believed had two faulty batteries. Kevin remained after store hours to assist me. He provided me with two known-good batteries to test in my truck and elucidated that the issue I was experiencing was not related to the batteries. Upon testing, he proved correct in all aspects. Few managers possess the extensive expertise that Kevin does, and even fewer would go above and beyond to help a customer, even if it does not result in a sale.
