They have tap to pay on every pump but don't allow tap to pay. I literally pulled in because I know shell stations have this option. Never coming back. Stupid.

So many people working and no one would let me buy lottery tickets. The lady at the counter just kept checking out other people even though I was standing right there. She told me to wait until the man that had his stuff on the counter left. He did I thought I was next then someone else walked right up and she starts helping them. I counted at least 10 employees. Don't stop here unless you're just taking a dump.

Do not go here if you expect them to honor their disability assistance policy, give their name, or simply be courteous and pleasant. I've been discriminated against, treated very rudely, disrespected, ignored and many more negative experiences.Why? Because I had to correct the then new manager, not once,but three times on the proper way to give the shell discount when paying inside. She's held a grudge and I have avoided her for the better part of 1-2 years? Prior to this regime the store was wonderful.The employees were courteous and pleasant I even worked for RL Jordan years ago.

Avoid if possible ! An employee acosted my girl right in front of patrons and myself . My girl just asked a simple question. If i decide to pass this way ever i will avoid this location idc if i have to get towed to the next fuel station.this has to be the worst fuel station in sc . A little kindness goes along way its sad that this place lacks it.this employee should have some regret for talking to anyone in this fashion.

Just another way, to get your money. Stopped into “Hotspot” on US76, for some energy drinks. Sign on cooler says 2/$5. When I get to the register, he rings it up, it’s $7.05. I tell the cashier, “ Your sign says 2/$5” He says, “ It’s ringing up @ $7. I said “C-ya later”. I rarely stop @ this store, but drive by it most of the time.Now,? Think I’ll just ALWAYS drive by!

Just stopped here to get gas at 12:30am on Dec 3rd. The bald headed white guy is very unfriendly and had an attitude. If you hate your job that much, please quit so customers don't have to endure you. I will not stop here again will wait until I'm in Florence next time.

Went to the subway there today! The young lady came out of the back with an attitude! She was about to attempt to make my sandwich without washing her hands, when i said something about it she said she just came from the back! Thats definately the reason she should have washed her hands! She snatched her gloves off & sucked her teeth walking over to the sink!
